Customers are satisfied with the extra wide slots that can fit bagels and the ease of use with adjustable heat levels. However, some customers have mentioned that the toaster burns bagels regardless of the settings and pops bread slices out of the toaster.

A cute little design, not too fancy or cheap either. Very easy to use with adjustable heat levels and simple to clean by pulling out the little tray underneath

I purchased this Bella PRO toaster to replace my older Cuisinart 4-Slice Metal Classic Toaster, and I’m genuinely impressed. The quality is absolutely there — it has a solid, premium feel, and the stainless steel design looks sharp on the counter. It’s also a great space-saver thanks to the smaller 2-slice footprint.
The extra wide slots handle everything from bagels to thick slices of bread with ease, and the toasting is even and consistent. One minor note: there’s a groove on the top where small crumbs or seeds can collect, but it’s easy to clean out with a quick swipe of a brush.
Overall, it's a great upgrade — compact, stylish, and performs perfectly. Highly recommended!

I love my new Bella Pro toaster! It perfectly toasts bread, bagels, and English muffins every single time. It’s especially perfect for thick slices of home baked bread. I bought this to put in my RV, but may just very well have to get another and keep this for my home. The cancel button is a great feature & the crumb drawer is so much better than the drop down door style found in other brands.

I like the fact it has larger sections for your bread, bagels and frozen waffles. Plus, it has a gluten free setting which is awesome. Works really well.

This toaster is a kitchen gem! It toasts evenly, with adjustable settings for perfect browning every time. The wide slots fit bagels and thick slices, while the "lift and look" feature is handy. It’s fast, easy to clean, and looks sleek on the counter. A must-have for toast lovers—highly recommend!

Simply, the Bella pro line of small alliances, including this toaster, are rock solid. The finish (plastic housing) isn’t quite as nice as the stainless steel, but the color is good and no more finger prints. Also, this toaster has a “dial” adjustment, which I like vs. a slide.

Waited 2 days, and when it arrives it looks like soenone kicked it up the road to my house. Why was it not in a cardboard shipping box? Why was it not taped close? Why did it have a chip in the plastic? Is it new or is it used? The world may never know. Its a shame, because I pay Best Buy 200 a year to be a Total member, and I can't even get a box with tape.

The first thing you notice when you take it out of the box is how cheaply made it seems. The first time you use it there is definitely a noxious odor but only the first time. It toasted a Thomas’s English Muffin really well and very quickly but the "high-lift lever” they advertise as a feature is basically useless; there isn’t enough movement. It burned quite significantly the sourdough bread we use so I think careful attention to the “shade selector” is quite important. I don’t understand why there isn’t a setting or control for a single slice. It seems likely that toasting singles will result in the heating elements wearing out more quickly. It has a 2-yr warranty and I expect it will cease working soon after expiry, just like the Cuisineart one I bought at BestBuy that we had to throw away just a few months after its 3-yr warranty expired. It’s too soon to truly know if I’d recommend it. The “value” is good; "ease of use” irrelevant; and "quality" just average.

I really like the color and texture - cook time is nice with many levels of adjustments for the right crispness. Easy clean trey and the lever that allows you easier access to your toast is a win.
