Wonderful little machine! I was hesitant at first but this thing is awesome! Brews the perfect single and espresso shots. It’s easy to clean and setup!

I change my old expresó machine for this one and the taste of my expreso it’s amazing…another level of taste.

It’s a good product for the price. This is my first expresso machine and wanted one for cheap to see if I would use it and I do. But the quality of this unit for the price is really good. I liked it so much I had my GF by one as well. I recommend!! It does not come with that small expresso cup. I bought that on Amazon for $7

I like the design and look of it. Also I think water container has issues because tiny little movement can cause leaking the waiter

Cost me about $80. I’ve been using it daily now for over 3 weeks. Awesome value for what you get. Easy cleanup. Takes a few minutes reading the instructions to get the hang of it, but worth the time. Lots of features expected on much more expensive models.

Makes a great espresso, buy one for yourself. Perfect size for a coffee bar

This is a very cheap quality product! Definitely not what you expect from a $150 espresso machine. This unit is what you would expect to find in a dollar general store. Definitely didn't recommend purchasing this even if you catch this on sale at any price. This unit would be a decent buy if it were priced at $25 or below. Almost the entire unit is made of cheap quality plastic, the hinges on holding tank are so tiny and cheap it's only a matter of time before they break,My unit arrived already broken. I have never ordered anything from best buy to be delivered that hasn't arrived already damaged. I think it's past time for best buy to find another shipping company for online deliveries.

This is my first hands on espresso macine, its pretty awesome for the sale price i bought it fir 49 bucks, i def will be upgrading to a heavier machine as this one is very lite and it moves around.

Loved it while it was working! Quit working after 5 months. Was only used once a day, occasionally twice. Some days not at all. Contacted Bella since has a 2 year warranty. They were unable to replace. They said they did not have in stock even though showing available at BestBuy. Waiting for refund check.
