The best part of this speaker, for me, was the cost. It was on clearance plus I had a $5 Best Buy coupon, so I paid about $2.00 for it! But even at a higher price, I'd be fairly happy with it. I plugged it into my Kindle to practice a dance routine I had recorded, along with the song. The quality of sound was fine for that type of use. It doesn't sound like the more expensive Bluetooth Photive we have, but it's small and cheap, so I can just toss it in my bag with my shoes and Kindle and I'm good. It doesn't hold a charge as long as I expected, but now I know to charge more often. Honestly, if I had paid full price I'd agree with the more critical reviews, but I see it as a convenient add-on, not a high-quality speaker.

Bluetooth is spotty. Battery life is ok. Have to place the device right next to the speaker for static/choppy free audio. It come with an audio cord so it provides versatility. I got this with a best buy rewards coupon. Only paid 5 bucks for this speaker so it was worth it!

It serves its purpose. Doesn't stay charged very long and seems to cut off frequently whenever battery is starting to die. Wont let me charge and listen simultaneously.

I decided to give it a try based on the reviews, my main purpose was to use it with my toddler movies when traveling or visiting grandma; when listening to music I'm pleased with the volume, i LIKE that volume can be adjusted or paused, speaker is loud, but when using with a movie the volume is even lower than the iPad, I am not sure if there's something wrong with the movie volume, but does not make any difference with the ipad speakers on or the BEM speaker connected to it.

I bought this on-line thinking it was the same as one I already had but it is smaller. Volume isn't as loud but it's still a significant improvement in the sound quality over a cell phone or iPod built in speaker.

My daughter loves her little music cube, uses it in the car, her room, when doing her chores, pumps out great volume yet good quality sound

The price was great but I think the performance is not as good as the other brands of the same price range. However it is very compact and small if you don't have much space in your home.

Really good product. Only complaint would be is the speaker is so small you might misplace it and lose it haha.

This was a very inexpensive little speaker that was nice because we needed a speaker with a wired connection. The sound was fine especially for the price.

Just needed something to use while in a dance rehearsal until we purchased something larger. It's ok. My friend actually purchased a better one for less at Burlington Coat Factory.

It could be louder. Works great for a cubicle only. Got a short in the cord within the first week of use.

This speaker is fine. The bluetooth range is pretty good and it is sufficiently loud but the battery life leaves something to be desired.

Small and portable ,really bumps for such a small speaker

Great for enhancing tv show volumes watched on a tablet like the Optimum App and HBO To Go.

Pros: connected easily via bluetooth with my Android (galaxy s5). Cons: Does not get loud at all. My phone speaker is louder than this BT speaker. It held little value to me for this reason, but you might find value in it.

I bought this speaker on a whim. It is one of the best purchases I have made recently. I love audio books and this makes listening easy. It connects easily and the sound is great.

I was looking for a small bluetooth speaker for a fair price and found this. I would give it five stars if it were not for the incredibly weak bass and tinny sound. Any time a song has a low note, the speaker butchers it with horrific cruelty. Spend more money and get a better speaker.
