Don't normally leave reviews but... This projector has blown all my expectations out of the water. Dont get me wrong, its a cheap projector, low-end. But for the price? Wow. The picture quality is pretty great, dont let the 720p fool you its a lot better than you'd think. The auto-keystone and auto-focus features make this just usable wherever you want. The brightness is great as long as you arent using it in a direct sunlight environment, if you have blinds you can use it in the day. The speaker is not better then a dedicated bar or speakers but it is more than serviceable as a portable cinema experience. I find myself using this all the time just because of the ease of use, turn it on... point it at a wall or ceiling... and just use it to watch a movie or play a game.

Really small and versatile projector. It has good brightness - I use it in dark rooms only - and the auto keystone correction helps when using it off-center, but it doesn't compensate a whole lot. The speaker is the best I've had in a projector at any price. I bought it for it's portability (it is small - not battery operated) and feature set. I use it after dark, in bed on the ceiling or wall, or in the living room on my wall.

Great portable projector. The built in speaker is very loid amd clear. This isnt meant for bright conditions but will work well in the dark. Love having built in apps

Doesn't support Netflix, a core streaming platform, thorugh it's native AndroidTV stick or through any casting/mirroring, AND the product description neglects to disclose that key information; best buy also forces you to pay an exorbitant restocking fee which is ludicrous considering Netflix is a piece of key functionality. Would absolutely not recommend for the price, and the 720p is noticeably terrible quality.

My teenager wanted a projector and after an hour of use she said it's too cool and a perfect choice. She loves the sound and picture plus being able to rotate up on the ceiling is too cool.

System is easy to set up, you can download apps you like, I chose to fix it on the ceiling which is rather easy. The visual and audio quality is great. The only downfall is you can’t adjust it to an angle so it has to be in the midline of your screen.

This is an amazing projector!! We can have it out by the pool with no dangerous cords to hurt the littles and the picture is spectacular! We use the house wall as a backdrop and it’s like being at the theater. The sound is also impressive, no need for a soundbar! Highly recommend!

The brightness and image quality were both pleasantly surprising given the price point. The image is clear even with a relatively high amount of ambient light, projecting straight onto a wall with no screen. The set up is an absolute breeze and I appreciate how fast and easy it is to adjust the keystone and focus for the space. Having the all-in-one with the built-in speaker is very nice, as well, and the sound quality is excellent given the size.

Just bought this last week (from another retailer due to shipping times) and took it on a road trip to a cabin. I bought it as my second BenQ projector with the idea that this one will be for watching things out back, on trips, etc. First-things-first, my main hesitation was that it was only 720p. I have a 4-5 year old more traditional BenQ full 1080p projector that I love (the colors, contrast, reliability...), and I was worried this would look blurry or pixelated. Even as a big movie fan and projector critic, I'm very pleased with the picture. At around a 50-60" size and sitting at a normal distance maybe 5-6'+ away, it basically looks high-definition. I think the math charts you look up online will prove this out. Seeing was believing... Out of the box, without changing anything, the color, contrast, and alignment (the auto keystoning does work!) were awesome. Heads-up that it's not *super* bright, so you will need a darker room. It worked fine during the day for us when we pulled the curtains, but it's best at night or in a dark room. The value is awesome, and at the discounted rate I think the projector alone is worth it. But it comes with a Google dongle, awesome case, and it has all these features like a USB that can power or do video and also the sound is good.

Great projector worth every penny. At first i was looking to by the samsung freestyle but seeing all the negative reviews i decided to give the benq a try. The video quality, audio, and the overall portability makes this item a must buy if you are looking for a reasonably priced projector. Only downside to this projector is that you cannot get netflix but the app store has everything else you could possibly imagine.

Good alternative to the Freestyle for $400 less. Only thing its missing is horizontal keystoning, so you have to center it to the wall youre projecting on.
