I returned other monitors bought in-store and got this from Best Buy online due to all the great online reviews I have seen for BENQ - The 4K colors, contrast, and lighting are incredible. Nice solid base, extra USB and USB-C inputs easy to use user interface make this the perfect monitor if you are not looking for extras like backlighting or streaming apps. This monitor is larger than what I was looking for at a lower price. Fast enough for gaming and true enough for photo or video editing. I highly recommend this monitor for multiple applications.

I really like this monitor and so far it has been serving my needs. My favorite feature is the remote, which makes it incredibly easy to switch between inputs and adjust the various settings. The picture is crystal clear and so far I haven't had any issues with screen tearing or anything like that. The speakers are also decent quality for monitor speakers. The brightness is a little bit lacking, but that's not a deal breaker for me and ultimately, I think it's better for my eyes (as someone who spends all day looking at a computer screen). Overall, I recommend it for regular, day-to-day use as well as console gaming.

I use this monitor for xbox series x & Ps5 and i love it. The remote willspoil you. One you have a monitor of this quality witha a remote you wont go back to fiddling with underneath monitorsanymore.love the 2.1 hdmi ports for my system's just a press oof a button on the remote and im on ps5 and vice versa. I can go on and on

This is a very good monitor. I always try to purchase from Bestbuy and I Caught this on a sale with a competitor. Best Buy matched the price which was a significant savings. Side by side it wasn't as stunning as it's 32inch 4k competition LG 32GQ950-B which my son has. The LG has better brightness and better colors in our (subjective opinions). But the LG is a stupid price and with this sale, it's was well worth half price. I am very please gaming on this monitor!

I have had so many monitors in the past and I finally decided to buy this beauty. So far this monitor has been good to me. The speakers are a good feature when I don’t want to use my headphones to game or to just watch videos. The brightness does lack a bit but I never play on high bright settings anyway. It’s still pretty bright in my opinion especially in a pretty dark room. So far so good I have no complaints.

The build quality is solid, 4k content looks amazing, and no issues other than packaging box was beat up.

The quality of the speakers on this monitor is pretty good. I give it a 4 stars because it doesn’t have usb c and I had a problem with the remote not working.

Great picture. Lots of reviews about not being bright but with some adjustments its perfect in my well lit game room. The 4k an refresh rate is great as i use it on series x and pc. Also has the best built in speakers ive ever heard on a monitor.

this need be 240hz for the price and graphis not that good

This monitor is amazing, I am extremely happy with my purchase, this is a my first BenQ monitor and I can not believe the quality BenQ provides! Moving from a LG Ultra Fine 32 inch 4k monitor. The 144hz is so smooth, the sound is great, one of the best out of the box sound experience I have ever had with a monitor.

It works excellent .I use it for gaming and it performs good. it’s worth every penny. I am happy with my purchase.

Love the size and stand. Picture is good but for some reason I felt the monitor lacked on brigthtness.

Has random flickers sometimes. Its a little washed out.

This thing had so many great reviews, I read and read and read... I was very excited when it arrived for in store pick up, I overlooked the fact that the box looked like it went through World War 1. I only have a PS5, when I started it up for the first time, everything looked terrible, I played with the settings some, started Horizon Forbidden West, it look so washed out and orange. I tried both HDR and HDRi, no good... so I turned them both off. Picture looked fairly decent, but my gut said return so I did. Bought a different brand monitor and it looks amazing. First time Benq, last time, just couldn't get it to look good. Maybe it was a bad monitor, first impression bad....
