I went from BENQ HT1075 - which is still good - to BENQ X3000i. What an upgrade! 4k@60 FPS (120 inch screen) is great for gaming on a PS5 and love the response times. The various preset gaming modes offered are convenient - though I still adjusted the picture settings for each mode based on personal preference. Movie nights are great too, with pictures and HDR really popping on the screen. The brightness levels are great - and a significant change over my older model. I opted to send the projector in to warranty service - to upgrade firmware for support with all 3D formats. This was an inconvenient process (support was great) and hopefully the latest models being shipped out do not have this need (my purchase was at the end of November 2022). We don’t use the included media stick, as it doesn’t support Netflix. Audio is hooked up to a receiver, so the projector speakers are not used as well. Keep in mind, this doesn’t support 4K/120HZ and VRR/ ALM etc. Also there’s no lens-shifting, which reduces placement flexibility. Keystone correction is offered, but not recommended if you want to get the best picture quality possible. Overall - extremely happy with this projector for gaming & movie nights and represents a solid upgrade from a 1080p model.

I upgraded from my LG Oled to the this BenQ x3000i, and I’m so glad I did. I wanted to go larger then my 55 inch TV and I stumbled upon this little beast of a Projector that allowed my to go 100 in. The setup was pretty simple thanks to BenQ’s tutorial video and support. A little tweaking of the colors and I am even more impressed every time I watch movies and play games. Oh yeah! The input lag is pretty much not a difference from my Oled… soo yeah, I’m glad I made the upgrade.

This is an awesome gaming projector. I have set up an 130 inch screen for it and gaming on it is absolutely amazing. The picture quality is bright and crisp even in a moderate ambient light setting. The built-in speakers are usuable however I recommend pairing it with a proper surround sound speakers for more immersive experience. Only negative thing about it is it's bulky form factor. Other than that it's a great projector not just for gaming but for every home theater needs.

I ordered a second one! Very Bright and clear! I am using it as a theater projector which it works perfectly for! It's definitely not strictly a gaming projector! It is however bigger than it looks online. Very happy with my purchase!

It has excellent 4K resolution, a bright LED light source, good color accuracy and auto color calibration. Its HDR performance is better than similarly priced projectors

Picture quality is good. Held out ordering until now because I wanted the current firmware 9.02 that supports 3D SBS and TB. What I ended up was version 1.01! How disappointing as this 8 versions old and 9.02 has been out for 8 months. Now if I want it updated I need to contact support and send it in. Not sure yet my cost for this. Plus, I don't trust having it shipped and sitting on my step with the box marked with product name info outside. Chances it being stolen pretty high. Have 2 days left to return.

I really love this projector. Games and movies look awesome on it. It does take a little adjusting to get the picture centered on the screen, so it's something to think about it you plan on moving it around to different rooms. I also wish it had a zoom feature. Picture quality, especially the colors really pop.

Great projector for gaming , movies are good but black levels are average

The image quality is good except some black levels. It comes with an android tv stick and the remote should work with IR for the projector and Bluetooth for the android box. But it doesn't. It works with one or the other. To access the projector menu or inputs you have to unlink the remote from de android tv. Then sync the remote to andoird box to use it again.... its a pain to use. There was a firmware update to fix it, after it is like a lottery where sometimes it works with both or only the android tv stick. If you dont want issues is better to ignore the tv stick, never set it up and use the remote for the projector only. For a 2k product it should work better and out of the box.

Best one yet that does not cost an arm and leg. Love the fact that I can set it up with my Alexa to turn on and off. Quality is 4k superb.

Super crisp beautiful picture even in a less than perfectly dark room. Spend the extra money and get a dedicated screen, well worth it.

This projector is hands down the best you can buy for $2000. Stunning crisp 4K hdr and low input lag for gaming. This projector really opens up a whole new dimension to gaming, and thrills on movie nights! I can’t wait to see what Benq comes out with next!

The BenQ X3000i is a great gaming projector with a bevy of features for an impressive price .Its HDR performance is better than similarly priced projectors, but the significant light loss from using wide color gamut and some visible rainbows for sensitive viewers takes away from the movies and TV experience.

Covers all my bases! I'm not a gamer but the Benq X3000i does a terrific job with everything I want to watch (sports, streaming TV, etc.). Easy to setup and use.

This projector is fantastic, four months after buying we consider it to be a sound choice
