Honestly, I wouldn’t have thought to pick something like this up on my own, but after using it, I can see why it’s essential. The AirPods charging case might not be super fragile, but it’s definitely prone to scuffs or even breakage if dropped. This silicone case adds a nice layer of protection without being bulky. The material feels smooth and comfortable to the touch, and one of the things I like most is that the top lid and the body are attached. A lot of other cases have separate pieces, which can be annoying. This one keeps it simple and secure. The belt loop is a nice bonus, making it easy to attach to a bag or keychain for convenience. It’s functional, keeps the case looking fresh, and gives me confidence that my AirPods will stay in good condition. Reviewing something like this is tough because it just does its job, plain and simple. There’s nothing to complain about—it protects, it’s easy to use, and it looks good. It's easy to install and it's easy to remove. It protects the unit from scratches and easy to hold. Without the case, it's so slippery. It's simple to open and close and I like that it has a ring to keep on a purse d ring. Great all around product for keeping your unit safe and in good working order.

Handy case. I can't wireless charge though it.

Does not increase the size substantially, seems to grip the case well (does not slide off top or bottom). I use a rubber band around the case to keep the lid closed. If you're going to hang the case off that little ring, the case will not stop the case from popping open. The case DOES seem, for me, to limit the use of the Apple Watch wireless charger.

Bang for your buck
