I’ve been a Best Buy Plus member for almost a year now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best retail memberships I’ve signed up for. The free 2-day shipping is a game changer, especially when I need tech fast. I also love the exclusive member deals. I’ve already saved more than the membership cost on just a couple of purchases.
What really stands out is the extended return window. It gives me peace of mind, especially when buying big-ticket items like laptops and TVs. The customer service has also been excellent. They actually prioritize Plus members, and I’ve noticed faster and more helpful responses.

In the beginning of the year I decided to become a Best Buy member because of possible price matching for cell phones. I have drain my iPhone 11 Pro Max battery twice grinding out COD mobile seasons. Being a member allowed me to price match some phones from Metro by t mobile and that was great. We also waited In line for the Nintendo Switch 2 and not only received nice little gadgets but also they gave us insurance if we weren’t satisfied with the purchase we could return it without losing 10 percent for the restocking fees. An additional 50 bucks for the year upon first purchase feels like an excessive add on especially with all these new Apps we all subscribe too. But so far color me impressed with being a Best Buy member

I do not know all of the ins and outs of laptop computers or phones for that matter. When my phone refused to respond to what I don't know about phones, I was very please to stumble on to Best Buy. The sales/technician told me give him about $50 dollars for a one year repair guarantee for help I said yes. He had my phone back working in about an hour and a half. No other companies in the repair business will do that for me. They want to sell me a by the month repair, but then when I have signed up, they tell me I need this and that and if I bought all of there promises out family would be out of cash. Thank you BEST BUY.

I am still new to the membership. I purchased aftershokz with the memberships deal of the day and I saved but, the earphones were the simple ones vs the enhanced ones. I'm hoping the deals aren't steered to sell items otherwise wouldn't as quick if they weren't part of the perks of a membership. Similar to black Friday deals including not-so-great brands.

I would have given it 5 stars but the first refrig was badly broken in the shipping truck. This first delivery took a month. And then the second shipping took another month+ to finally come. I did appreciated a “loaner” during the wait. The Kitchen Aid refrig is working well. Store personnel were helpful.

You get good prices after paying for the membership. The deals you get pretty much pays for its self. Just don't except the service to be fast. They need to have more employees working. The guy who helped me was doing the job of at least 2 or 3 people. I did have to make a return and it was fast and easy.

Well, most of the time it's a great feature as we get longer times to review items, and return windows. I was trying to purchase a Video card recently and each time I was lucky enough to get one in my Card they would charge my Credit Card, then 5 minutes later Cancel the order. This happened like 5 times. I called customer service and was told that was nothing I could do but to keep trying. Telling me to use a different Card or some other means. I believe they were treating me like some Auto Buy Bot for those GPU's even though I was a real person with a Plus membership and calling them on the phone. Needless to say, I had to purchase the GPU from Amazon instead. Also tried to purchase A TV and same problem, Warranty was $500 to extend but Samsung provided a free extended 4-year warranty, so again did not purchase from Best Buy. So this year, I have not used my Plus membership due to not being able to purchase anything without the orders being canceled. I may let it lapse this year, and if I need another high-dollar Item, repurchase.

I recently bought my son a gaming PC at BB and saw the membership display and asked about it. After the associate explained the levels to me, i found the $49.99 level was the best for us. And wouldn't you know it, the next week that PC went on sale for $60 off. But, just like the associate said, I chatted on line with a BB rep and they credited me the difference. Then we went back and bought my other son the same PC while it was on sale! Plus I got $10 off a monitor last weekend plus an extra $10 credit for buying it. So I have already save $80 with my membership.

Was definitely worth having it when purchasing a new phone and laptop for the discounts and geeksquad support. Dont shop at bestbuy enough to keep the higher plans. Now thay they sell polymaker stuff, I might shop here a bit more.

Membership is an okay value. If you are planning on making big purchases in electronics, appliances, etc., then worth it to pull the trigger. If you are just buying a few items once in awhile, probably not worth it. Wish it would offer incentives, like Nintendo Switch 2 release reserved for members

It’s ok. I downgraded to this membership after a simple solar battery install cost me more than the parts. $129.00 to be exact. I had the $170.00 membership & now that seems to be of no help to me at all with home install. I’m very disappointed with Best Buy for the changes.

I hate coming into best buy, standing in customer service line waiting for my turn when there are two people taking a break at the other register talking, laughing, eating. I don't begrudge somebody taking a break, just go in the back instead of standing there staring at me like i am a bother.

Membership was fine, was useful for original large purchase. Did not use again across the year. Most disappointing was the policy that the membership cannot be cancelled for auto-renewal while remaining active. So, I could immediately cancel, but then would not have been able to use any benefits from membership later (within original 1 year from purchase). My choices were therefore: 1. cancel immediately, 2. continue to get an auto-renewed membership whether I utilized the service or not, 3. remember to cancel the membership later before 1 year had passed. I was ultimately able to remember to cancel just fine, but it is still noteworthy how Best Buy operates their memberships.
