Why didn't I become a TT Support member way back in the day? Probably because I thought it was another gimmick to squeeze more dollars out of you while shopping Best Buy (which by the way I LOVE this store!). Not sure how long I've been a member however it has been worth every $$. I never need to worry about facing any hardware or software issues alone. I can even troubleshoot at home while an agent connects to my hardware and performs magic. If you are not a TT Support member, I suggest you join.

I have been quite impressed with the Geek Squad! They were responsive to my needs, listened well, came out the same day when I called to inquire why no one was coming out to finish the job and answered all my questions. In the past, they have been most helpful on the phone, but this was the first time I had them out to do two days of work. It is so nice to have a geek tech I can feel comfortable with and trust. Thanks for all your help, Brandon and guys! You were wonderful!

Each and every aspect of Total Tech Support is robust and definitely a plus to the overall Best Buy customer purchase satisfaction level. Any and all product buying decisions should be made with the question, “what do I do if something goes wring or if support is needed?” Those with a Total Tech Support and a Best Buy purchase history can attest!

This protection provides me with such peace of mind, which points me toward Best Buy even more than before. We purchased a Honeywell thermostat, was installed for free because of Total Tech. My new cell phone will be covered under Total Tech which will save me $15 per month on my cell bill. Was leary a couple of years ago but now I am a believer.

You might need totaltech support some time during your products lifetime of use. I can't afford costly repairs on my PC's and other electronics. I'm glad I purchased it. It cost my much, much less than it would had I not had one. It saved me several hundred dollars in repairs and updates that I wanted for my gaming PC's.

This is an incredible service. If you need Geek Squad for multiple things throughout the year, definitely recommend getting. You save so much money throughout the year. They hung and mounted a TV, put my new hard drive in my computer, installed a smart door lock, made recommendations to better improve my computer speed and performance.

Initially bought geek squad protection for three years when I purchased my laptop it was about $390. After three years the price went to $199 which includes web route. Due to the Covid virus I could not go into the store for months and Best Buy would not prorate the protection package. Now the price went up to $260. It’s just too expensive.Best Buy closed the New Tampa location. I would have to drive 23 minutes to get my laptop serviced.

Total tech care has proved to be a great value for us. They are terrific for solving tech problems, setting up new purchases and being helpful with questions about purchases. I find this to be worth the money.

Best Tech support available anywhere....Always answer the questions on the phone and if you have to bring it in they set everything up. I have used them on a refrigerator problem and the tech that was sent was professional and fixed my issue in no time

We have multiple devices covered. We have purchased new laptops, fire sticks , etc and use the service to install or set up. There are two wait times that semi to me are too long;the time to actually get through to someone and then the wIt for service. Sometimes is quick but I have had to wait almost two weeks

Truthfully I weigh this but it's good to know it's there when and if I need it. Being tech savvy does not help the cause too much, as most things I can do and the one thing I needed help with was not an option. I would not discourage anyone from purchasing added support & there are additional perks.

I use my membership for quarterly tune-ups for my computer. I have also saved on TV and refrigerator warranties, delivery and free haul away as well as installations for these products. I also enjoy the peace of mind of knowing that if something goes wrong the Geek Squad is there for me.

This service is like buying insurance - you never know when you're going to need it, but when you do help is there. Now and then some tech problem stumps me and I can get the answers I need without any hassle. I recommend it.

I have renewed this service for 3 years and I have always found a value in it from replacement of broken phone screen protectors (install labor No Charge) to installing new added speakers to home entertainment center and more. Great Geek Squad help in store with computer issues.

Overall an overlooked bargain to have with all the tech we use today. Its like having an insurance policy for the use of your technology and keeping it up to date. And it helps if you have family who are not good at keeping tech in good condition.

Geek Squad is amazing. Very knowledgeable, caring and explains
what they are doing and answers your questions. They installed a new computer last time here. Plus I have used them as phone help. Very helpful and know their stuff.
