I love this thing. I ride a little over 3 miles to work on this a few times a week. It is powerful and the extra battery helps it keep the same speed uphill. Battery with light lasts about 12-15 miles.

I love my scooter.. I didn’t have any problems with the scooter itself but the only thing is that mine looked used.. it had scratches all over it.. and the wheels looked like they were also used.. I was thinking of taking it back but I just thought I have insurance so if anything I can call the company.. that was a little disappointing

I really enjoyed this scooter, however, i would rather have the option to turn off the led lights underneath because i use it during the most of the time so i feel its a waste of the battery. Its a pretty rough ride because of the tires, but it still reliable and fun to get around.

Good battery runs great easy to drive nice ground effects lights go everywhere on this scooter fast too

The scooter is sold with the Bluetooth locked. I assume they're locked so the public can't fuss with them, this is fine/necessary for a rental scooter on the streets. Buying this for personal use however means you will want access to the Segway app. Light controls, mileage, battery, average speed and much more are only accessible through the app. You don't get any of this functionality because the scooter still thinks it belongs to Bird. Why the scooter is being sold like this in incomprehensible.

We have loved Bird scooters using the app in available cities and owning them brings the fun home! Hours of family fun, long battery life, great speed and durability.

I was searching for a road bike b4 this went on sale. A cheap bicycle was still more than the price of this scooter. I did get it missing screws tho but then I was given $45 in credit.

I’m totally in love with this! Such ease to put together and to use. The only things I wish I could do is switch off the lights under the board during the daytime and for the tires to be softer, so the vibrations from riding wouldn’t hurt my feet so much during longer rides. It’s perfect for when I travel to work cause it’s small enough for me to take it on public transit, if I need to.

I was riding my scooter perfectly fine when the front wheel locked up and almost threw me off if I didn’t think fast enough to use the back break and now the front wheel won’t turn much and motor isn’t even working anymore went from a fun night to it being ruined in 3 seconds

The Scooter still works as new. I have been using it a Lot. Love the sturdy design and the range it provides me. I Am 215lbs and it will get me to 14.7 mph cruising with no issue. great investment so far.

Came in very good packaging and my son is very happy, we did not realize it was reconditioned, however, there hasn't been any problem and we did take out the insurance.

This scooter is fantastic! Great battery life. Rides smooth on the streets of NYC! Not a toy. Recommended for adults.

The scooter doesn’t have the Bluetooth function so I can’t connect to the app. Gets me from point a to b and easy to put together but probably will go with another scooter.

Easy to assemble, came with a full charge, fun! Rode 7 - 10 miles, so far so good.

I recently purchased this scooter as a means to get around my immediate neigborhood. I assembled the scooter as instructed and fully charged. I took it for a quick ride to test it out. The ride was 2 miles round trip. I went to take the item out for a ride the next week and was receiving a 14 error. I have submitted a warranty claim on the item and am waiting results.

I love my get about scooter. Get me to places fast and easy.

I ended up returning, i bought as a gift for my superintendent to get around jobsites but it was the wrong model so was never used or unboxed.

electric scooter is nice for the price i just wish it was a little faster

The battery stay only 79% and never goes up to 100%... And doesn't reach 28 miles... But my son loves it...
