It has good battery range and it also has a good speed. The max speed is 15mph for a 210 lb person.

I own both this scooter and also the real ES4 from Segway. This is not an ES4 scooter but actually an ES3. The top speed of this scooter is actually 15 MPH and has only front suspension which further leads me to believe this is an ES3 Segway. This scooter appears to use refurbished parts from bird’s rental lineup. The display on my scooter has scuff marks and the power button is worn down from what appears to be repeated button presses. The box I received was sealed and appeared unopened so I can only assume bird is passing refurbished parts as new.

I bought this scooter to try one out since I’ve never been on an electric scooter before and well wanted to just try something new. First impression can only be described as exhilarating! It picks up real quick. I was a little hesitant to ride in my neighborhood because well the sidewalks are not in the best conidiont. Surprisingly, I had no problem with it the tires have enough cushion on them to carry me along at a decent speed. So I can see these scooters being pretty sufficient for whatever purpose others may have. Whether it’s just going for a cruise with friends or family, or short commutes to work. You’ll have a good time either way. Definitely recommend it

It is not what it says it run. This scooter supposes to run 18.6 mph, but it only reach 14 mph. That's it. I bought the scooter es1-300 one week ago and it should run 15.5 mph but it did 16 mph. I was expected with the supposed es4-800 at least reach 18 mph but no. The delivery was good, one week before what expected. It looks nice, on the botton has different light colors and it looks strong, i think it does not worth for the price. I don't recommend it. Insteed i would buy the es1-300 that costs less than $350 and runs better. Believe me i have both now and i could compare them.

The item states it goes 18.6 miles per hour and it just pushes 14 miles while driving it. The app cannot connect. Display doesn't reset it self. I have a S10 plus phone and the phone recognize the scooter but it doesn't connect. The Bluetooth isn't going on the scooter. Unplugged the unit and still didn't reset. The item is solid craftsmanship but its a defective item.

It goes pretty fast, smooth ride, I can't stop riding it! They should put a loop in use metal to place a lock so you can park it at a store!

Have ridden these before in big cities and they're awesome. Really excited to get this in. Looked super cool with the lights and all, but it didnt work. Whenever I press the "go" lever the scooter stalls out as if it is braking. Called bird customer service and they aren't taking calls during quarantine.

Sold as new but Definitely refurbished, defective extended battery doesn’t light up when charging or do anything when you push the button, and Wong connect to the app it shows up then says error when trying to connect so it’s stuck in sport mode with underbody lights always on, I bought 2 and the second one the battery works underbodies are off but I also can’t connect app

Didnt come with an app to turn on the under led lights or else i would have given a five star. when charging the percentage doesnt go up youll have to turn it off then back to refresh it to show the actual percentage charge.

I recommend this scooter it take me from home to work and back home i really like only issues is that has Bluetooth but there no app that can connect it would be best if they provide a app to get the full control of the colors lights

My son rode this for 2 days and it stated making a load noise from the motor, especially when you put on brakes. Returned it. Best Buy took it back. I have read reviews and this thing is something to be avoided.

I loved it so much I got one for my S.O.! We take it with us to so many cities! We're just sad that it doesn't fold up, which causes it to take up more space.

It arrived yesterday. it nothing like original ES4. I was so disappointed. Im returning mine tomorrow.

I don’t even know where to start. Nothing about this screams “buy me”. Funny how Best Buy adjusts the speed from 18.6 to 15mph.

Bird is definitely the best E-scooter in the business.

I’ve been thinking about getting a scooter for some time now, but was hesitant. With the whole Stay at Home order, I was looking into a fun and easy way to safely go outside while still staying near my house. So I finally bought this scooter and have been pleasantly surprised with how fast it goes, and how long the battery lasts! Definitely recommend it if you are looking for a new and fun way to get some sunshine during this quarantine!
