It really gets the hair without damaging my hardwood floors, yet is strong enough to pick up dirt and mess from the carpet.... Overall a big buy for little money,totally worth it.

I have three dogs that shed year round. I was tired of hauling my heavy vac out each time I saw a hair tumbleweed blow by. I did my research and decided on this Bissell cordless vac. It is amazing! Not only does it work on the hardwood and tile floors, it has a beater bar so that I can go over low pile rugs. I can vacuum my 1600+ sq ft house and it still has a charge remaining! I would highly recommend! Plus....it is PINK!

This vacuum is perfect for quick jobs. It is lightweight, and sweeping up crumbs, kitty litter, and hair from the floor is practically effortless. I love this vac so much, I told my Mom to buy one -- and she loves it as much as I do. It does a great job, and the suction and power pick up everything.

I read lots of reviews before making this purchase. I'm surprised and pleased at how well this little vacuum works. I use it on my hard wood floors to pick up pet hair and debris, and it does a great job. It's small and easy to maneuver around and under furniture. I haven't noticed any problems with the battery life. I also use it on rugs, and it works well too. I still use my larger Dyson vacuum on other carpeted areas of the house because it's bigger and works better for carpet. But if you're looking for a vacuum that can do a quick clean-up for hardwood and rugs, go with this one.

This vacuum is light and handy to use as an upstairs appliance, good for the cat room and the stairs. Battery has never run out in our use, up to about 30 minutes at a time. Light to handle on the stairs, and it cleans easily. Plus it was on sale!

I just renovated my condo and have tile and bamboo floors, goodbye to the old carpet. Only problem was cat hair and cat litter was all over and Swiffer well it did not even begin to do the job. I was hesitant to invest in a stick vacuum but am so glad I bought the BISSELL - BOLT XRT. Easy to use, picks up the cat litter with no problem what so ever and holds its charge for a long time. Absolutely thrilled with this purchase.

The vacuum has great suction and easy to use, wish it held its charge slightly longer. You do have to empty it often if you are using to clean pet fur, but being cordless saves so much time. Do not regret getting.

This doesn't have the power of big vaccum cleaners but still good enough for basic purpose. Its light weight and once charged its wireless. So no hassles with wire. Has a detachment which you can use to vaccum ends and even a take it to your car.

Used primarily on hardwood floors and area carpets. Brush doesn't scatter debris. suction very good . only thing missing is a light

This is a nifty little machine. We are using it in an apartment, and it picks up our long hair well. What is really fantastic that you can simply pop out the roller on the bottom to clean caught hair off; this is the first time I've seen this, and it's simply genius. It has a neat charging stand and is super lightweight. Having the option to use it as a hand vacuum will likely come in handy

Another of the great Bissell products available. This particular vacuum is great for cleaning up dog hair from a 70 lb Lab that sheds like crazy. It works great and is easy to use. Sure beats a dust pan.

This product has proven to be a great buy! Picks up dog hair and is easy to carry up and down the stairs......happy with the purchase for the price range!

Works great and I have 4 dogs, it's very easy to use. And also has a filter on it which is nice, also can clean whole house on 1 charge.

At the beginning I was skeptical that it would have enough power for cleaning my 2 bd apartment, but to my surprise, it is exactly what I needed. The cordless function is priceless since the charge is enough for me to finish the complete apartment and then some. Its very light, very, very flexible in the way that it gets below furniture and in crevices without a problem. The only thing that made me hesitant to buy it, since I was looking for a canister vacuum, was that it is essentially a handheld with an adapter to make it work like a stick vacuum. But it was a nice surprise that it performs excellent. Only downside is the size of the dustbin, but it I understand it needs to be small to make it light.

Great little vacuum. Battery last long, good suction & detaches for quick cleaning.

Takes 8 hours to charge for 20 minutes of use, the filter becomes clogged incredibly quick (especially for something billed as a pet vacuum) and the suction isn't near as good as many reviews say it is. Thought I did all the research I needed to and came out disappointed. Pretty much just use the detachable handheld vacuum for small spills, hair balls, etc. But it was the deal of the day so I got it for a very decent price.

Lightweight and easy to handle. Great for smaller area that need attention more often - don't have to lug the large vacuum around!

This is a nice, lightweight unit that does a nice job on cat litter and small jobs lifting hair off linoleum. It's not a super powerful vacuum by any means, but it's very helpful as a back-up, quick-cleaning device.
