Customers are saying

Customers often highlight the ease of use, self-cleaning function, and cordless convenience of the CrossWave X7 Cordless Pet Pro Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac. Many appreciate its powerful suction, lightweight design, and effectiveness in cleaning pet hair, leaving floors much cleaner. However, some express concerns about its battery life, price, small water tank capacity, occasional reports of it stopping to work, and the fact that it sometimes leaves streaks.

The BISSELL CrossWave X7 is the best thing that ever happened to my buddy, PJ, a Siberian Husky!! My wife actually lets him come inside now...as long as I'm willing to keep the floors clean, that is. What she doesn't know is just how easy it is for me to do the job. Just add water and a small amount of Bissell cleaner in the X7's clean water tank, and off you go. It couldn't be any easier. It works great on our vinyl plank flooring and running it through the 3 rooms PJ frequents takes less than a half an hour. I didn't really understand why my wife wasn't crazy about PJ being inside until I saw how dirty the water was in the X7's collection container. Seriously disgusting! Out of sight, out of mind, what you don't know can't hurt you, etc. Not good ideas to live by when it comes to your floors. But if you want them to be clean, get the Bissell CrossWave X7!

This thing is so easy to use its unbelievable. I watched a lot of Youtube videos and read a lot of reviews. Totally confused on reviewers saying its a pain to clean and too much hassle. Its super easy to clean. The self cleaning works very well. However, if you want or need to wash the brush yourself and wipe down the machine, it only takes a few mins to do that. The parts are quick and easy to remove and put back together, but so far the self clean has eliminated the need for me to do manual cleaning. I did once just to do it, but probably only need to do it once in awhile after a lot of washes or after a big messy cleanup. I was also worried it would be too loud but its not loud at all. Doesn't freak my dogs out. Its a godsend for cleaning up after a doggy mess. I have a 14 year old pup and he can't hold his bladder like he used too. Two days into owning this machine he had a #1 accident. Perfect test for the machine! Cleaned it up in no time. I did have a problem with the cleaning bin leaking water when you remove it from the machine. To me looked like the seal wasn't making proper seal. No biggie, I called up Bissell and they are sending me a new cleaning bin. As your cleaning it doesn't feel like the machine is doing much because they made this thing so effortless to use. I've had two major back surgeries and I can move it around with no problem or strain on my back. I can do all my tile floors downstairs, roughly 1500 sq.ft on one charge. You do have to empty the dirty bin a few times, easy, and refill the cleaning bin, takes a couple mins, but then you have nice clean floors. Having smaller bins allows it to be lighter which I'd prefer over heavy machine that doesn't require attention to bins as much. I even tested after a cleaning by using my steam mop. The mop head, white, was clean. Also went around to random spots with wet paper towel to wipe floors to see if any dirt and all areas were clean. In the dirty bin you will see how dirty your floors were by the site on brown water. I love the strainer it has in the dirty bin. This collects the dog fur and other dirt and debris it collects while vacuuming. I dumb that part in trash then dump dirty water in toilet.

It's rare you find a product that really impacts your life. Well this is one of those products (a little dramatic, I know). I hate mopping the floor. You have to vacuum first, and there is always dirt and hair that is missed (or that the dog and cat drop while I'm vacuuming) that I don't see until I start mopping. Then I have to stop and vacuum again, and then proceed to mop. Really not fun. Enter the Crosswave that mops and vacuums at the same time. Genius. Now when I need to mop, I just fill the tank and go at it. It sucks up most of the water/solution it cleans the floor with, so the floor dries really fast as well. I also have a large area rug that was pretty dirty (see picture of the tank post cleaning - yuk), and it was so easy to clean with the Crosswave. I was a little concerned that it would saturate the rug and leave the floor underneath wet, but that didn't happen at all. The rug was barely damp when I was done. Clean floors and rugs for me from now on! The only drawback I can see with the Crosswave is that I don't feel it's a vacuum replacement. I don't think you want to mop your floors everyday, and I don't think you can just vacuum without mopping as well (at least, the instructions don't say you can and the videos online don't either). It's also fairly cumbersome to clean out after use, so you probably don't want to use it for every little vacuum task. So this isn't really an all in one device, you will probably still need a vacuum. So cleaning the device. The self-clean function works really well to get all the moisture and dirt off the brush. The dirty water tank is fairly easy to empty and the dirt screen comes right out. The only thing that's hard is letting all the pieces dry before you put it back together. If it's sunny outside, great, but I live in the Pacific Northwest and it rains a lot. So the tank and accessories occupy space in my dish drying rack, which is kind of gross. So I'm just mentioning this for why I don't think this is super convenient for daily use or little jobs. But to clean all my floors/rugs on a weekly basis? Yes please. Two additional usage tips: When it runs out of clean water, it stops. When the dirty water tank gets full, it stops. Those are the only two instances when I had to scratch my head and figure out what was going on. Highly recommend.

Just to start off this is a fantastic product. We bought some appliances so we got $400 best buy gift cards and i had a $55 certificate from best buy(which the online guy that was supposed to help us never applied still a lottle mad about that and its expired now but whatever). Did some research it was between this and the Tineco floor one S5 but we ended going with this because we do have a few rooms with carpets. The pros: .It can clean our house (roughly 2,000 sq ft) on one charge. .That turbo mode is WOW!! .Easy to maintain and clean .Very lightweight .it makes cleaning so much faster The cons: .Maybe its the formula we are using but it is extremely soapy but started using less and it works much better. .it doesnt get the carpets the best( we know ots for area rugs) but on turbo mode it will do a room full of carpet just wont pick up too much of the water but man does it pock up some stuff! .the dirty tank gets full quick The 4 star is mainly for the price of it it is a lot of money for what you get, but honestly we have no Rugrets not even one letter! We are going to order the brush specifically made for carpets and try that out and see how that works and also some little tips. . Run the clean cycle after every use . After you are done cleaning and ran the cycle and cleaned your equipment take off the roller and put it in the holder to let it dry .once a week (i tried doing it every day but its too much) do a nice deep clean of your machine if you take care of it, it will take care of you.

My wife loves this Bissell. It’s great for quick clean ups with our pets. Also great for daily/weekly house cleaning. We use it all the time. After almost 2 years of hard use, it stopped sucking, but Best Buy TotalTech fixed that the same day and kept us cleaning.

So, the price of this floor cleaner is insanely high. The proce should include a Nome that cleans your floors for you. However, that obviously isn't happening. I will say that compared to it's prior models it cleans amazingly. It actually puts enough water down to say your floor is really getting clean. I like the design and how well this model works. I just ask that we start to get realistic about vacuums and floor cleaners prices. Every year it's getting higher. Pretty soon Vacuums and Phones will cost more than our cars. That being said, I do really like this crosswave model.

Not the expected performance for the price point. Battery dies quicker than expected and it seems to still leave the floor dirty, only evident if you wipe the floor by hand after cleaning with the unit. Also the unit is quite loud and unexpected characteristic. Overall does the job for quick daily use but deep cleaning still needed more often than one would expect

We had the original Crosswave for a few years and decided we wanted an upgrade. This is perfect for those with pets and little kids. You will be surprised how dirty your floor gets. I love that it has a trap area, so i can pull that out to dumb out the hair without it going down the drain when I dumb the water out. Easy to clean. Love the self cleaning on this as well!

Vacuums and mops at the same time. Such a game changer. However, making time for maintenance (e.g., cleaning) should be a must to ensure optimal performance. Don't wait to clean it out when it's starts to not working optimally because you'll spend extra time soaking the parts since the gunk had been caked on. Don't be lazy like me, make sure to clean after every use.

I love this vacume/mop! I purchased this because my two cats track their litter all over the house. The suction is so good. It feels and looks like a quality product. I buy The disinfecting solution and it gives me peace of mind considering what I’m using it for. Has worked fine over a few area rugs I have. Has a self cleaning mode which works great but you still have to dump and rinse the dirty container. Really not a big deal, takes only a few minutes. Only cons are price and does not work well for corners and edges. Overall, I would recommend…especially if you can get it on sale!

The Vacuum Of My Dreams Pro: Your Hands Never Touch Dirty Water Lightweight and easy to use Cleans the brush with a touch of the button Love the Carpet Mode The Docking station has a place to hold 1-Brush and 1-Small bottle of cleaner Very easy to clean. The debris goes into a little holder that’s inside the dirty water container. All you need to do is slide the debris container up and put debris in trash. Water container, slide up and dump the water out. Cons: The battery only last about 30minutes, less than that if you use “Turbo” Mode The water tanks are too small The water container is hard to get off if you have small hands The reservoir that holds the dirty water, doesn’t hold much water., Make sure you get the Warranty I’m disabled and this Vacuum/Mop has made my life so much easier.

A well made purchase. I have a little bit of a cleaning obsession. I buy vacuums quite often and I wanted something that could cut down some of my cleaning tools. I have a Dyson for some heavy duty cleaning and two robots that I run twice a week. The bissell is great to clean the floors to replace a mop. It has the suction to pick up hair and clean the floors with their solution. It does a good job and I have no complaints about how that works. If you’re buying to this replace vacuuming, you’ll probably hate the suction but it’s good with other things like a light vacuum and a full mopping. Other reviews mentioned leaking, I don’t have that issue but it did take some time to find that “sweet” spot between the solution trigger and just moving back and forth. Overall, I’m satisfied and think it’s a great addition to a house with odds.

We have a large puppy and are potty training. This is so awesome! I wish I had found it earlier. It would have saved hundreds of dollars in paper towels. We have all hard wood floors. This sucks up the urine and then cleans it. After cleaning a spot, I have used a paper towel and gone back over it and the paper towel is clean with no urine smell!! WOW! I love that it’s cordless. I use it a lot during the day. And then self clean it at night and rinse everything to dry overnight. I do use it for long periods of time, so it works great with all the large potty spots!! Highly recommend!!
