As my son put it, This steamer makes it easy to want to clean! I have owned steamers for years and years. Sharks, Haan's (love them but boy are they pricey) and now this Bissell. I am so excited about this machine I tell everyone how well it works! It cleans better and easier than any other steamer I have ever owned. The price made me nervous that it was going to be cheap working like the Sharks. Boy was I wrong! I can't believe how well it has cleaned our floors. We bought a house last year that needed a lot of work. Our bathroom is the last on the list. This machine has made the linoleum look brand new! I'm not even going to worry about redoing the bathrooms now.

Nearly half of our home has travertine tile. We also have two dogs so cleaning it regularly has always been a dreaded chore. I was looking for something that was easier to use than a traditional mop that also cleaned well. This little machine meets both requirements. Granted, the water reservoir does not have a huge capacity but actual consumption depends on which of the three setting you choose. I used the highest setting the first time through and consumed three reservoirs full of water. Now that I clean the tile regularly I use the medium setting and only have to fill it one additional time to do it all. I like this thing so much that I bought a second set of mop heads for my garage. I know that sounds funny but I have a big garage and it has a painted epoxy floor. The steam mop works great during these winter months when the frozen road ice/grime melt off the cars onto the floor.

This mop is great for cleaning up after two large dogs. It cleans built up mud/dirt from hardwood floors with ease. My friends are going to buy this mop and ditch there current mop due to the performance of this model. I do wish it came with 3 or 4 cleaning pads b/c they get dirty very quickly due to the efficiency of the unit. Water tank could be bigger, but I can overlook this due to the performance of the unit.

After using the Bissell PowerFresh Steam Mop for the first time, I can say it is just what I needed. Should have gotten it sooner. It's easy to use, light to carry and I don't have to fill the water compartment as often as I thought. The removable scrubber is a plus for those stubborn stains. The only complaint is that it does not have an on and off switch.

We have been using various steam cleaners for over twenty years. Using a traditional mop only spreads the dirty water from one area to another. When our steamer of five years died, we needed a replacement that was lightweight, efficient and economical. We found this with the Bissel. This version is far superior to the Bissel model we owed ten years ago. The water tank is more than sufficient to clean about 600 square feet without refilling. The medium setting leaves the flloor squeaky clean yet water is not left behind. The floors dry very quickly. Our tile even shines it is so clean. The unit is lightweight and a breeze to carry around the house. You don't use chemicals so the floors are safe for humans and pets. (The five second rule for dropped food has been increased to fifteen seconds or before the cat can gets it.) The price is far less than similar models available at the Home Show. Those work well but the replacement pads are expensive and only available by mail or by visiting the next home show. We are very happy about our purchase.

This is the best way to mop yet. It's fast, effective and actually pretty fun. Only minor complaint is that the water reservoir is a bit small so you have to refill during cleaning. Just use some distilled water and you are set!

Love this steamer. Had a Shark for years and thought it was pretty good. When it pooped out, I replaced it with this Bissell. The Bissell is much better than my Shark. The water heats up well, the pads are large and the entire pad gets damp so more of the floor gets cleaned with each pass - unlike the Shark where the steam only came out in one place in the middle of the pad. The water reservoir seemed a little small at first, but I have a very large area to clean and only have to refill once so it has not been a problem. I wish the cord was longer so that I would not have to keep moving it. Other than that I am very happy with this product. I'm almost glad to be cleaning!!

Easy to use, lightweight, plenty of water storage, has two different mop heads and able to add different scents to the water which leaves the house smelling wonderful. The only complaint is that the cord is kind of short

This steam mop is very easy to use. It does a nice job compared to traditional mops. The cord is short so you have to unplug if you have a lot of area to cover and when you unplug it takes a few minutes for steam to build up again. Overall I would recommend this mop.

I was trying to decide between this and a steam mop that used chemicals. I chose this mop because it has better all around reviews. I have not been disappointed. This is my first steam mop, and the best way to think of it is a wet mop that does a better job. On stubborn dirt, you can leave it standing for about 20 seconds, and then continue wiping - the steam gets hot enough to break dirt up. Tile floors end up looking great - throwing my other mops out.

I was skeptical at first. My wife wanted one for our tile floors. This works great! Would recommend for anyone with tile floors!

It's a great product except the cord should be longer and the water tank is hard to remove if you have arthritis. Other than that it's a great product!

I bought the power fresh stream mop to replace my old stream mop of a different brand. The difference is night and day! I could not believe the filth that came up with this mop. The three steam setting options are nice. For kitchen and bathroom floors I like to use the strongest setting for sanitizing, a lower seeing keeps my ceramic tiled living room looking brand new!

This steam mop does such a great job on my tile floors and I'm no longer cleaning my floors on my hands and knees. (I hate conventional mops as they tend to just make mud, push the dirt around and soil the grout). I can clean my tile, and I have a lot, in half the time.

I love the Bissell steam mop. It is easy to use and easy to fill with water without using funnels. The fast water heat-up and 3 steam settings are a plus, not to mention it goes a long way before running out of steam! It makes my old tile shine as if it were new. I am done in 1/2 the time and it seems to be cleaner then before.

I purchased this because my Swiffer mop was using up so many pads; we have a huge house of all hardwood and tile floors. Additionally, the steam is supposed to achieve a deeper clean. I love that the bottom pad is washable. I wish the cord was a little longer and that it held a little more water, but overall I am completely happy with it and it is so easy to use.

We're renting a house with a very large kitchen/dining area with white tile. The previous tenants weren't very clean and I scrubbed the tile on my hands and knees when we first moved in. I really wish I had this steam mop back then, it works great with minimal effort. It's much easier and more effective than any of those newer 'wet spray' style 'mops'.

Works really well and easy to use. Just fill up reservoir, turn it on and go. I don't have pets or little kids so my 'dirt' is just normal tracking in dirt from shoes, etc. Cleans my ceramic tile really well! I can't comment on how well would work on 'set in' grime, etc, but for everday cleaning, this is perfect. It gets really close to sideboards and into somewhat tight corners. Saves me from cleaning floors on my hands and knees.

I was looking for something better to replace my old Bissell Steam/Vac All-in-One mop. I realized it would be better to have separate pieces of equipment to do separate functions as my old mop steamed ok and vacuumed ok but didn't do either of those really well. This steam mop is lightweight and heats up quickly. It does a good job on my tile floors (haven't tried it on my hardwood yet). I really like that you can throw the mop head into the washer instead of having to buy/replace. Overall, good little steam mop and worth the price.
