I have 2 dogs and 2 cats so lots of animal fluff floating about and it would be tidious to sweap it all up every day. This little bot does that for me, its pretty good at sucking up the stray kitty litter as well. My reason for not giving it 5 stars, is it tends to get hung up on power cords. Typicaly it can work its way over them but I have come home to find Vicky (my vacume -.0) tangled on a cord. I also wish I could connect to it via bluetooth/wifi with my smart phone for easier programing as this modle does not come with a remote.

Vacuum does a great job. Only gave it 4 stars though because I feel like it's a little too noisy and the tray that holds the sweepings could be larger.

I bought this on a 4 hour flash sale so thought I had gotten a decent deal otherwise I would not have paid full price. It cleans the floor pretty good picks up sand very well (I have all wood lamanent floors). I wish it had come with a remote and I don't understand why they can't include it verses charging $19.99 for it. I've had trouble programming it and have read other reviews where the remote helps.

I bought this vacuum since I'm out of town a lot and don't want to worry about vacuuming when I get back home. This vacuum is awesome, it has great suction and can reach places that I can't or don't want to. The only issue that I have is it's short run time (around 45 minutes on mainly regular carpet) & the fact that it doesn't know where it's base is until it gets really close. It would be nice for the base to emit a signal to tell the vacuum where to go exactly rather than the vacuum wasting 20 minutes driving around looking where to go. Other than that, amazing product.

I was originally looking for a Roomba when I found this machine on a Deal of the day for $200. I picked it up as it had decent reviews. We have had it for several months now and it is OK. The charger and base could be easier to program, and is not intuitive, but works to schedule the cleaning once you get it figured out. Then the invisible wall works good, most of the time. The vacuum slips through the invisible wall about once every 2 weeks. Next it does not pick up much cat hair from the carpet, so don't expect it to replace an upright vacuum completely. The hard floors is where this machine shines, picking up the hair, and crumbs from all the hard surfaces. I would say about 3-4 times per week, it has to be collected and returned from its base as it doesn't find its way back before it is dead. It isn't difficult though, as I think my 7 year old enjoys going to find it. one note is that you cant manually set it in it's base, you must set it in front of the base, and push the button to return it by itself. If you set it against the pins it won't charge, for some silly reason. If you let it die completely you have to remove the charger cord from the base (making it need reprogrammed) and plug the vacuum in directly, which is a pain. It is better to find it when it stops and says low. Even when we find it homeless, it has enough juice to drive back into the charger. Just last week it started making a loud clicking sound while driving. I called the number on the bottom of the machine and after some troubleshooting it was determined that the brush was bad. They sent me a new brush (after only 3-4 months of use) but said "we will send this as a courtesy once." I thought that was strange since it is well within warranty and clearly isn't working normally. The new brush arrived, and it still clicks a little, but is better than before. Time will tell how long it lasts though - I would only recommend this to a friend if they had primarily hard floors to clean.

Very easy to use. Good vacuum. Works great on carpet and hard wood.

I use this in a small, overcrowded space which must really strain the machine's navigation system. It still manages to get around and vacuum most spots (even under chair and bed), better than I expected. Looks pretty, works properly, not hard to program but I prefer to just put it out when and where I want it. Would be nice to have two virtual walls instead of one. Only problem - sometimes it stops charging after several days of not being used, then the battery drains. Docks easily even in tight space. Would probably work very well in "empty" room, but I still need a hand vac to get all those weird, over-full spots. Not like a human, or even an expensive Roomba, but quite good enough for our small house needs.

For the price $199.00 this vac works ok. Gets stuck sometimes and doesn't return to the base. Does pick up a lot of dirt on bare floors. Not recommended if you have s lot of carpet. Considering others cost three times as much this isn't too bad for light cleaning. Does need a better filter though as this one is too fragile

It's a cute little guy. I own a learning center and wanted something that would clean the carpet every night and every morning automatically. It's very easy to set up and does a pretty good job at picking everything up, but it hasn't quite found its way back to its base yet. The cup is easy to clean out, but it's a little pain to get the hair out of the roller. For the price, you can't beat it. I think some of the higher-priced ones actually run longer and have dual brushes to help prevent the hair winding up, but again, good functionality for the price.

This little vac does great to pick up everyday dirt and dust. Won't do all your vacuuming but is good to keep the floors decent. Best on tile and hard floors.

This is my first experience with an item like this and I cannot complain, it is very simple to use and it does its job. The only drawback that I found is that it cannot be used on shaggy carpet, but for the rest, it does the job.

This product works well, no issues that others reported. Had this for two weeks, set it up using the daily schedule and it does a great job. You still have to use the conventional vacuum once in a while to get the job done. Using the robot is a big help with a hectic schedule, set it and forget it. Little loud but bearable. Gets under the beds without moving furniture. Great product, even better with the great deal of the day price.

Received as a Christmas gift. I live in bi level home... I have to pick it up and either bring upstairs or downstairs... So I am considering buying a second to have one on each floor! I think it is so cute when it's running low on battery charge how it winkles its backside in opts the charge to get recharged again

Just spend more if you need one of these. Brush is little and clogs with hair. Battery life short. It actually does work somewhat. After a couple of uses it would just turn the suction off and on and not act like it did the first use. I returned and bought a Lynx and it works ten times better but you have to push it...

I've let it go in my new house a few days now, It does not pick up everything, seems confused at times, but it is good at keeping up with things as we get the house settled. It spends a little time finding walls and corners but eventually figures it out. I am very surprised at all the dirt it has in the bin when I've emptied it. We have all wood floors, so no carpets to deal with, it does go over the few bumps (floor outlets) without fear. Finds the base unit every time so far. Programming is a little interesting, the base unit does not remember the schedule if it looses power, an unfortunate over sight. Seems like it may be a good idea to get the remote control. Longevity will be the true test, now that I know it can do the job; lets see for how long!

Great bang for the buck. Out of all of the other smart vacuums this was the only one that I felt was a reasonable price and that actually was a great quality. My friend purchased it and tried it and I saw how great it did on his floors that I got one myself. We have carpet and tile and it vacuums daily wonderfully.

I have had a couple of different robot vacuums and this one is another one I'd classify as good for hardwood floors but not more. The brush is a bit small and the suction intake is a bit small which limits the machine's suction capabilities on carpet however if you are looking for a hardwood solution this is a very good choice.

Bissell is a solid robotic vacuum on tile & hard wood floors. However the battery only lasts about 1 hour after many hours of charging.

Always wanted to try this style of sweeper and was glad when I found this one for the price. Saves me time and money.

Set and let go. Would have given 5 stars if the trash bin was bigger. Not super quiet, but softer than my big vacuum.
