NO problems to date, NO constant interruptions to upgrade or add on more security, unlike Norton which was constantly interrupting with all kinds of b/s and poor instructions to "Fix" a problem. Bitdefender Anti-virus Plus is a keeper!

Poor Digital Service and Digital Library

I attempted to utilize the email sent via Best Buy to access my digital library and the item is not even there although it had been purchased. I even reached out to online support. A tech named Mercy helped, stated she found a solution and I would receive a new link or email within 2 hours to access my digital library again. NOT- no email. LIES, I checked my inbox and junkmail box and found no trace of the solution to my problem nor a copy of the transcript that I requested for proof. I should a receive a refund for services not rendered.

I disliked how it pushes for it’s other products constantly with notifications on your desktop, interrupting your workflow

No regret. Bitdefender runs fast, is easy to use, better than the other software which I have used for years. I just wish it comes with unlimited VPN.

It checked and cleaned my files of any harmful viruses that were present. I have had no problems and it was very easy to install. Very pleasing on the wallet also.

Other antivirus software have slowed down my machine significantly but I never had an issue with it except I think when I needed to update it. It seemed to be running slower and then I'd update the software and things appeared to speed up. I like that it would alert me when it blocked something suspicious on the internet. It was good to know something wasn't covertly happening under my nose. Overall satisfied!
