I used the griddle conditioner during the initial seasoning and a few more times since then in order to keep my griddle protected and performing to its best.

Makes clean up a breeze and non-stick surface means meat flips without charcoaling lines. Cook with a touch of oil, scrape to clean with some water to sizzle while still hot (careful! But not hard) - can scrape easily then apply with a cloth prior to grill cover after cooling.
