I was kinda "meh" when I heard about this "sequel". I never bothered with the second film but was a fan of the original. Okay, this is actually much better than I expected and I'd say worth checking out. Adds to the mythology so we may see more in the future.

Blair Witch is the sequel we've waited for. Very well done. Expanded on the mythology of the whole thing. I'm not knocking the film Book of Shadows which came out years ago but Blair Witch is exactly what fans of the first film have been waiting for. Highly recommended!

I really liked this movie. It is quite entertaining and even scary at times. If you are a fan of the Blair Witch movies, definitely give it a try. If you are fan of the movies, You're Next and The Guest, also give it a try since it is from the same writer/directors.

I had seen this movie watch at night by yourself for best results in full surround sound Dolby Atmos with overhead speakers for a treat. I bought this for the wonderful Dolby Atmos sound track great effects for testing your equipment in new surround effect.

This film didn't get the best reviews from various viewers but I didn't let that deter me. I was pleasantly surprised to see it was better than people said. It is definitely a true sequel to The Blair Witch Project compared to Book Of Shadows. Recommended!

If you enjoy the original Blair Witch Project, you will enjoy this one! The brother of the female actor from part one becomes obsessed with what happened to his sister, and his friends agree to head to Burketsville to find out the real truth.

I thought this movie was a nice follow-up to the first Blair Witch movie. Same basic story campers go into the woods and get harassed by the witch. If you are looking for a scary movie you could do a lot worse.

Certainly destroys book of shadows by a landslide, but comes a close second to the first, after watching it a second time, I enjoyed the last 30 minutes, but before it's a all a predictable interesting creep fest

This film brings a nice update to The Blair Witch Project. It adds some new elements to the film's mythos. It loses some points for leaving some unanswered questions, but provides plenty of great jump scares.

This is genuine horror at its best! It had tons of jump scares, body horror, atmospheric horror, high tension, and was visually terrifying. Better then Book of Shadows, solid entry & sequel to the original.

I was highly impressed with there ability to build upon a world they had created. They didn't change anything but instead went deeper in to the things that we already did know... Great Job.

It's not as good as the original Blair Witch, but it is definitely the real sequel. The plot is the same as the original, so if you liked that movie, I'm sure you would like this one too.

I like to believe that Part 2 never existed and I'm thankful that the makers of this movie think so too. I watched the original and then this movie. They are perfect together.

I loved the first film and was so excited for this one and I don't understand the bad rap it's gotten from viewers. It's not the first one but it's about as good as we could get.

This is the logical sequel that should've been made more than 10 years ago. Filmed in same pov. Better ending as they give you more insight into the legend. Fun film

Story. Much better than the original. The story picks up after the original. Camera isn’t as shaky as the first. Will give you a few scars too

For fans of the Blair Witch stories, this will be a welcome sequel although if you are not really into the story I would avoid as it is mostly more of the same.

Love it or hate it will depend on how you liked the original. Some people just have a hatred of the first film that will carry over to the third.

Got this on sale after renting on red box. Added to horror collection. Pretty scary! Better than the original, but is a sequel also. Worth watching!

Fun movie that may not be for everyone. It's a great "soft" reboot for the series that makes me look forward to the possibility of more.
