I'm a huge Dragonball Z and Naruto fan. Never had I watched this series, but had always heard good things. Finally, I decided to invest in Fade to Black the movie, and was hooked. So, I started buying up the series and watching it. Great show!

Ok this is my fav Bleach movie out of the two here in the u.s. and the third in Japan that is not out yet online. Now the first thing I need to say is that the movie it self is great and I love the back story of the second most famous Bleach character Toshiro hitsugaya. The plot Is good It shows us a side of hitsugaya that we never saw befor and a side of ichigo that is sort of ok they had to put him in some were. So all of this leads up to a epic battle that leads to a great ending unlike the first movie. Now for the bad part there is no premoting of the movie. I mean for the first one witch sucked VIZ put a trailers in every box set and movie. In the second ones case there are none that I know of. The only time I know this was coming out is when I read a shone jump. Another thing the first movie had english actors audio commentary this one does not. In the first there is behind the scenes in english making and the japanese in this one only japanese. So ya oh but last but not least the packing the first one has a great case sliding clear case that becomes a texless cover,a great folding case that opens to reavle a nice art work. The second gets shafted with the same old sliding case for every two disced DVD movie. So ya plus it looked like they were going to make the case like the first one but they just gave up half way in it. So great movie pick it up but sucky case, the first one sucky movie great case....hope they fix it by the time the third movie comes out.

I just got back from seeing the movie in San Francisco it was about an 5 hour trip down but it was totaly worth it seeing the U.S. premire. The movie had some of the best animation i've ever seen and the voice acting was perfect. Any bleach fan should own this movie, every captain and luteinet is in the movie some with more parts than others, but the battles are the most impressive battle scenes i've ever seen as well they completely eclipse the first movies battle scenes by a long shot. you even get to see ikaku's(excuse my spelling) BANKI in the movie. And the story to this movie is so deep and complex it literly keeps you on edge till the end of the movie, but it is bleach so there is bleach's little one liners here and there that make for comic relief. Over like i said the best movie i've ever seen and im buying it as soon as it comes out...P.S. for those who don't know the movie is based around Hitsuguya my favorite bleach captain in the show. and you get to see some of his past which was friggen awsome;)

    Diamond Dust

The one thing that is truly great about the bleach movies are the stories. They are able to mix some elements from the show seamlessly into the movies while keeping the story separate. The one truly remarkable thing is, that just like the fullmetal alchemist movie, the story in diamond dust is just as gripping ,emotionally, as the one in memories of nobody, if not more-so due to the facet that the viewer already knows the centerpiece of the story.
