It's a great product easy to use and clean great to make shakers

So I make a pitcher of green smoothie practically every day. The blendec does a great job at blending everything very nicely. Has plenty of power and spins very fast. At first, I was like wow 5 out of 5 stars, but a few things made me change it to 4. 1. The cover of the pitcher. It is vented but I don't love how the smoothie can come out the top of it. I like the sealed vitamix jar better on their new models. 2. Lately, it seems to sound less powerful. I have used it for almost 6 months now and it sounds like the motor is stressing more and it doesn't reach the speeds it used to when blending. Maybe it is the blades in the pitcher becoming a bit dull. Unfortunately, the only way to change blades is to buy the replacement $120 pitcher. Overall, this may be the best blender for the money if you buy it at the sale price of $250, which I did.

I had a decent blender prior to this one, but the jar developed small cracks and needed to be replaced. After researching several models, the Blendtec stood out as the best for my needs. It has lived up the billing! It is supremely powerful and easy to clean. The control panel is very simple and wipes down easily as well. It is loud, especially when blending frozen items. So far, I am very happy with this purchase!

I read many reviews and watched a lot of videos before purchasing this blender. I was looking for a high end blender for smoothies and mixed drinks. It came down to the Blendtec or the Vitamix. The reviews I watched seemed to be fairly equal but leaned a little toward the Blendtec. I have had the Blendtec for approximately one month. I use it mostly for smoothies and it is everything I had hoped for. It handles frozen fruit and ice with no problems. We've made shaved ice for sno-cones, daiquiris, and even hard packed ice cream. I haven't tried the soup function yet. One of the best features that I wasn't looking for is the cleaning. I rinse it, put one cup of water, one drop of dish soap, pulse it for ten seconds, and rinse it again. It literally takes me less than thirty seconds to clean it. I don't think I would have to rinse it first either, but I do. That was something I hated with my old blender. Taking everything apart and washing all the pieces made me use it less. I have a lot of recipes on Pinterest that I plan on trying.

Powerful and easy to use. Will turn ice into snow. Blends thoroughly and evenly. I love the one-touch smoothie (and other) buttons.

I bought this for my wife to juice . I could not keep my hands out of this piece of hardware. I have tried mix drinks juicing smoothies and tortilla soup. Next up ice cream and making batter. Got to say this is tech in a blender the led screen and the motor make this a monster.

It was between Vitamix and Blentec for me. I was spending this amount no matter what. I'm glad I went with Blentec. It has loads of power and blends a smoothie smooth. I had a Ninja personal blender for many years and always had to chew my smoothies. I made hummus and some of the chick peas were not blended, though, I'm not exactly sure why but they stayed under the blade and didn't get blended. I make nut sauces and they always turn out smooth. So far I'm loving my purchase.

I was attracted by the "Will it blend" youtube video series. It is a very reliable blender and it can blend almost anything I want. I give it five star.

My son has a Blendtec and loves it. I had a Ninja pro with blender and 3 different size bowls and smoothie cup. I often put too much in cup and it made a mess. Cleaning the 2 rows of sharp blades was a pain. The blendtec is so easy to use and clean with great results and fits under my cupboards with cover on(Ninja was too tall so had to store top separately plus needed room to store all the extra pieces. Very happy with purchase

I bought this blender on a "Deal of the Day," and let me tell you I got more then I could have asked for with this purchase. I LOVE this blender, I make smoothies daily and it cuts through frozen fruit and ice like a champ, and it is so easy to clean. Literally can clean the blender in less time then it took to mix the smoothie... which is 60 seconds. I definitely recommend buying this blender.

I purchased this blender to replace an older Vita-Mix. I purchased it after receiving a recommendation from the people at the Lifecafe at LifeTime Fitness, who use this blender. They make smoothies nearly all day long and gave it their highest recommendation. I have had ingredients like spinach and kale blended in a smoothie and could not taste it, because of the smooth consistency. This blender has exceeded all of my expectations and was a well worth purchase.

I love this blender! it is the greatest thing i have ever owned. it gets everything perfectly smooth, even rice flour.

Had a ninja and got tired of having to be extremely careful washing 6 blades. This blends everything well. My smoothies are smoother. With a solid base cleanup is great. It is a bit loud, but I guess powerful blenders make noise.

If you're thinking about buying a blender for smoothies, great recipes, nut butters and more this is the way to go. I own both vitamix and blendtec, and they have minimal differences, which at the end of the day it doesn't really mattee which one you pick, they're both awesome. I would recommend investing in a blender like this because it will last forever, and it really makes a huge difference comparing it to the ninja, kitchenaid, and some others on the end product and texture.

The power of this thing is incredible. I have made so many delicious smoothies, it is unbelievable. I also love making batters for pancakes, waffles and crepes. Can't wait to make soups too! Expensive but well worth it.

Even though the blender is noisy, it is well worth it. I really like the way it just pulverized everything we throw in there, including ice cubes. .
