BUY ANOTHER BRAND

From the very beginning bought in 2022 brand new, it has had this weird metal/black dust stuff at the base where the blending pitcher sits in, I called and told them several times because at first I was told that it’s probably the jar and this and that, now they are telling me it’s deemed safe and normal and most of them do that. Last time I checked I don’t like having any type of weird metal dust shavings close to my food and drink. They did replace the jar and like I suspected it has NOT gotten any better. That was the other thing they said the more I use it the better it’ll become, well, that’s not true either and I asked how many times before it gets better they said they didn’t know. Just such a huge waste of money and so sad because I wanted to like it. OH and the best they could do was send me a refurbished one in exchange for my brand new one! And how would any one actually know if there is metal dust in their drink or food. I can’t stand leaving bad reviews but when you spend this much on a product and they won’t help you more then sending a useless pitcher to me that’s pretty crappy.

Great blender

The only complaint... the lids don’t seal great, you need to hold it when the liquid is too high...

I have made smoothies with the touch of a button. Soup at the touch of a button, albeit we made it slightly hotter in the microwave. Haven't made milk or ice cream with it yet but based on other reviews I don't think it'll be an issue.

Great for smoothies but loud

Work horse

From making nut butters, to our daily shakes, this blender puts up with a lot of abuse. It has a blend counter on it and we are approaching the 5000 blends mark. It’s a work horse for sure.

Great blender with lots of options

I appreciate all the help, hints, and recipes on the company website. The Best Buy package with wildside and twister jars was a special that could not be beat.
