The performance of this was horrible. After clicking on the video, it would take 30 seconds or more for it to show up. What's the point of having a security system then?. Had to return this and go back to Ring (takes about 2-3 seconds to load love videos).

The worst battery life, no more than one week of operation. Camera motion sensor does not detect human movements, otherwise it does detect wind and shadows movements.

Really like the quality of the camera. Just don’t like the fact that u have to pay for a recording plan with Amazon.

Good quality, need module for connect to software on your phone.

Everything is good. The only downside is the limited moving range to left or right.

Low quality picture. If you had to identify 3 people breaking into your house at night 10+ feet away from the camera you would be out of luck. We bought 2. 1 stopped working after 3 weeks. Currently have an appt for them to replace. Not happy.

Bought blink cams to replace my old Amcrest cams. Blink app is way easier to view video but is limited in that it isn’t continuously recording l. It is just a series of blinks! Snap shots. This is good to make searches easier but bad cause u can miss crucial video. I’ve had it for three months now and I contemplated returning them for the following reasons: not continuous recording, only battery operated, no pan option, doorbell only works on battery even with hardwired (bizarre and illogical), messages come up when in live view if u want to continue, no picture capture capabilities when live viewing (another bizarre lack of a feature), mounting can just pop off the camera- easy for someone to steal. So, there are many limitations. But here’s why I decided to keep them: cheap, good image- not the best and not the worst- just good enough, battery powered weather proof, can put anywhere, very long battery life, module with usb drive can record separate from cam saving subscription cost and ensuring if cameras are stolen u still have the images, easy set up, very easy to view clip videos- much easier than any of my other three cam systems which is crucial, multiple module set ups- what a great idea- this helps keep wifi signal optimal as long as u have a module near by- I guess it’s like mini wifi expanders- anyhow, that’s my take on the blink outdoor cams. I’ll come back in a year and post my year review. I do recommend them since the good outweighs the negatives so far…..

Love the camera's and features but i just want to order the solar already own 5 outdoor camera just need the solar panels now so come on shouldnt be hard to seperate them.

I have tried 3 times to attach the battery to the camera. I went online. It does NOT snap on. I'll try once more and then it's going back.

Item was defective. The USB port was bent. Cord would not stay in. Also, overall, this camera was very cheaply made. It also required an additional sync module which cost another $35 or so, which we did not know about, so it was impossible to use. Very disappointing!
