Have been waiting a long time to find a product that would automate my sprinklers like the Nest thermostat or Wemo light/outlet switches. And the existing manual sprinkler controller from Rain Bird is just too complicated to setup watering schedule, etc. Glad Best Buy starting selling this product because I saw and purchased today. Setup only took me 45 minutes and now I have really cool smart watering solution that is controlled from my iphone 6 from anywhere because it attaches to internet. I went with Wi-Fi setup, but you get a free powerline adapter with the unit which is another bonus if you have older router that can't reach to installation location of Blossom. Overall this is a great product and very happy with it. Will update review after I use for 30 days. Last, I did contact Blossom tech support for minor account setup issue, but they answered ASAP and fixed within 5 mins. So their tech support is good if you need it. Highly recommend this product. Especially if you are in California like me and have to optimize your water usage due to current drought.

This is a great tool. I don't know if it will actually save me water but it hasn't rained here in CA in a while. Point is that I haven't tested that feature. Super easy wifi setup. Response time from phone is very quick. One of my favorite uses is to repair or check my sprinklers. Since you can control from phone, it makes it very easy to fix or check sprinklers. Way better than walking around house to turn on the valves manually. One of my fav wifi tools. Love that fact that you can run some zones every day and others zones on different days. Gets your watering more precise per plant type. Love it.

I did a new install of my irrigation system. Was hard to find a controller that would do 9 zones without having to buy a 16 zone one. The powerline option is really nice since most home owners wireless does not reach the garage. Was really easy to setup on my phone sitting on the couch, no need to stand in the warm garage setting each zone.

The install was simple, Unplug the old, plug in the new. Software was a little tricky to get use to, but it is still in the early years of development and does work well considering. I love that it adjusts to the weather conditions and does not require my input.

Im very satisfied with the wireless timer, and was breeze to install. Installed myself in 15 mins and now I can turn on my sprinklers from my phone anywhere I go!

this was super easy to install and setup. I use my iphone to run 1 station alone of setup a schedule. If I'm out side and want to adjust a head, just use iphone to turn on and off. Awesome product.

No more walking between the control unit and back to yard, I can just start each section from my phone or tablet, by the way works really cool. I don't have any experience with other automated solutions, but this has everything I needed. Unit stays in the garage and works with my home Wifi, but it comes with powerline extension piece just in case if you don't have Wifi coverage. Installation took probably less than 10 mins, most of it removing the old unit and labeling the cables.

I had another brand that I used for one year. Just ok. This one was so much easier to setup and works wonderful. Love my purchase....

Installed same day it came; installation was easy. So far the product works as expected, wish I had purchased before.

I read a lot of reviews before I got this one. The thing that set this apart from the competition for me was the number of zones it has for the price. The app is good, the ability to mount indoors our out and the power line network connection round out a good product for a good price.

I compared this to the Rachio. This had more zones, outdoor safe, power over internet. Still in process of setting up. Software seems a bit lighter than Rachio, but will need to further compare out.

Difficult to assess at this time as it is a Christmas gift. However, it was researched and provided to me by the soon to be recipient.

Saves alot of time and trips to setup the sprinkles.

I still haven't hooked this up yet. It uses networking through the power lines to communicate between the parts of the system and works best when the controller and the network are on the same circuit/breaker which isn't the case for me. Mine are actually in two different electrical panels.

Im not very handy, but i followed the instructions and was able to install it correctly. And easily. The app is very easy to use.

My water bill has gone from over $200 to $70 in the first month.

Luv the fact that I can use the phone and change the schedule. Easy setup!
