Considering it's low cost it's a pretty good phone. It's fairly big but easy to hold with a case. It is kinda quiet on phone calls. I have the volume up all the way and have trouble hearing the call. My other phones didn't have that problem. It has some nice features and all the same things you see on big brand phones. Overall it's a good option if you're not looking to spend a lot on a phone.

Seriously, it's hot garbage. I've had it since Christmas '18. There is not one thing good about this phone. It's the laggiest thing in existence, spends more time looking for service than with service - i know it's the phone, my old phone had service everywhere, as does the rest of my family on the same network, it just closes whatever apps you are using at will, the reception is HORRIBLE, the touch screen in unresponsive at times. I think either someone paid the people who wrote good reviews or they never had a smartphone in their life. Please don't buy this phone, it sucks.

I had a BLU VivoXL and loved it! Dropped it from a ladder and broke it. I replaced it with this phone. It's good. The camera is not as good as the VivoXL (which was amazing) but it gets the basics done and you get a lot of phone that would cost so much more than any other brand. Also, the battery doesn't last as long as my last BLU

I’m so unhappy. I wanted an extra none-Apple device and so I read thru the reviews and chose this phone. I live abroad but asked someone who was on business there, to buy this phone for me. I got it and the phone is unresponsive. I do as I normally do with a new phone, I plugged in the charger and there’s nothing! There is no light coming on when I try to charge it. It’s just dead. I feel so upset because I can’t take it back and i will just have to buy another phone.

I purchased this phone a filler phone until I get my iPhone replaced. For the price, the features be are pretty good and the screen size is awesome. A pretty good camera too. Because I’ve been an iPhone user for years, this phone takes some getting use too but overall it’s a good phone.

The product works very good but there was something missing the accessory there wasn't a phone case earpiece screen protector all this was missing so I wasn't happy about it but the phone works very good.

This cell phone is reliable. I was initially concerned with the speed , but I never ran into any problem. I have used it as a mobile hotspot and it worked well. I don't have any big complaints.

I've been using Blu phones since 2016 and I love them. You can't beat the price, performance has few flaws but overall it's a good phone.

My cell phone was suppose to have a screen protector and phone cover with package. My phone arrived without the accessories. I had to call customer service. Now I'm waiting on a gift card to arrive and will have to purchase my accessories separate.

After I got the phone I noticed when you talk it sounds very distorted. Like you are far away quiet often. I also can not play my favorite game Golf Clash on it. It opens the game up then returns to the home screen. It is a good size but thats the only thing good about it. I will be going back to my old phone.

I purchased this phone for my teenage son. First, there are no, I mean no cases for this phone. When you power the phone off, it’s loud and you can’t turn this feature off. You can only add few shortcuts to the main screen, you’ll have to download a Android launcher. I don’t really like like it to be honest.
