Ft. 15-Cycle High-Efficiency Compact Front-Loading Washer for its quiet operation, excellent cleaning performance, and compact size that fits well in smaller spaces. Only disappointing thing with this washer is that it took almost 3 1/2 months before I received it. Wasn't Best Buy's issue but the manufactur. I'm assuming they were behind on their orders and delivery. It washes beautifully, fits plenty of clothes in one load, quite and fits in the small area we built to accomatate both washer and dryer stacked. With them stacked can not use the storage drawer under the washer so it does sit very low and close to the ground. So far It hasn't been an issue.

I absolutely love this washing machine! It's quiet, efficient, and gets my clothes clean! I love the fast cycle as well as the extra rinse and the way it spins the clothes so well that they are almost dry! This is especially useful for clothes I plan to hang dry. A few things I noticed to improve performance and maintenance is to have a dedicated towel handy to wipe the water off the door and soak up any residual water left under the grey rubber flap around the circular opening. Water always collects there and if you don't soak this up with a towel, mold can grow over time. I also decided to add the detergent directly to the washer chamber instead of using the upper fill cartridges to avoid gunking up the interior tubes/slots that can also encourage mold growth. This was advice given to me from a relative with a similar machine. I do suggest using the slots for bleach as directed in the manual. Overall, an excellent machine! I only wish these compact machines were better priced, as they are all currently around twice the cost of a regular sized washer. (from all manufacturers) Somewhere around $600 seems more appropriate.

Best washer I ever owned!

I got this washer as an open-box deal at a killer price. Note that it requires 240V, so unless you buy the matching dryer, you need to either have an electrician run a 240V outlet to your laundry room or convert your existing 120V outlet to a 240V, which is only possible if it's a dedicated only outlet on the circuit. If it is though, and you feel confident enough to do some basic electric work in the breaker box, the cost for this is $5 for the outlet and face plate and $10 for the double pole breaker and it takes less than 30 minutes (see picture).
This washer is extremely quiet, both during wash cycles and when spinning. Compared to the Samsung HE front loader that it replaced, it is much quicker and the clothes come out MUCH MUCH cleaner, especially whites, and without using any bleach or Borax. It also has a higher spin speed than the Samsung, which means the clothes come out dryer and you're saving time and money on drying. Overall, I cannot believe that I put up with the Samsung for as long as I did.

I purchased this washer to replace a failing stacked washer/dryer combo. I bought the Bosch set because the dryer is ventless and this just fits my townhouse better.
First off, this washer is designed to plug into the back of the matching dryer (Only one 240V outlet is needed!) So far so good with this washer's results. It is very quiet and efficient. The matching dryer, while ventless still dries VERY well. I am surprised as Bosch's claim of only 8% slower than a vented dryer seems to be very accurate. This washer is designed to fit 10-14lbs of laundry per load and I can attest this is accurate and is efficient while washing and drying.
The dryer will take some getting used to and messing around with the proper settings but once you figure it out it's a cinch! This is an absolutely GREAT product.

This washer is great. We needed something small, as we have limited space. The clothes have been coming out clean, uses a fraction of the detergent as top load machines and is super quiet. The small item catch is easily accessible through the front--it's where coins, bobby pins, and other small items collect. The only thing missing is another rinse and spin only cycle.

I am extremely happy with the washer. It is compact but holds plenty of articles. It runs quietly. It is user friendly. It cleans very well. It seems very well made. My only suggestion would be a pedestal to use when the washer dryer is stacked as it is low to the floor but not available at this time we were told.

The machine is water and energy efficient and, most importantly, quiet. German products have proven to be extremely reliable. I’ve never had any single issue with Bosch appliances. Hence, I would recommend this washer to those who don’t want to experience water leaks, unbalanced drums, doors that can’t be properly locked etc.

I bought this washer from Best Buy online in 2017. I chose it over others in this size because I thought it was top of the line. I was wrong. Two years later, three electrical boards suddenly burned out. Repairing it cost $700, and warranty is only 1 yr on this washer. When I asked Bosch to make this right, they said they would sell me a new washer at a discount but that I would have to pay the repair service for labor of diagnostics visits and pay to install new washer. So, bottom line: don’t buy this washer. Terrible customer service for a product they know has serious malfunctions.
When it was working, the washer is just okay. Buttons are a pain to use - which other reviews had said. The matching dryer from Bosch is total garbage in my opinion - usually requires two 60 minute cycles to dry anything.

I purchased this washer / dryer based on excellent reviews in Consumer Reports. After reading the reports on Best Buy, I was concerned about the dryer; however, I decided to make the purchase because Best Buy had an open box set at a great price, and because the space I have for a washer dryer no longer fit a standard set. I have found the drying time to be significantly more than my old, standard-size dryer, but I didn't experience the same issues of my clothes not drying that other reviewer's mentioned . They are steamy when I take them out, but after about a minute, they seem to be fine. Both the washer and the dryer are compact, quiet, and have been a good purchase so far. I did have some significant issues with delivery and multiple random rescheduling of my appointment by Best Buy, which was incredibly annoying and time-consuming. The delivery fiasco nearly ruined the experience for me, but I do like the product so far.

As expected from Bosch, this small machine delivers on quiet complete cleaning. Super fast spin leaves clothes ready for indoor drying without need for an electric dryer. Compact so accommodates small load sizes only, which allows for the rapid spin. Perfect for a euro-style spare bathroom, or other compact utility area. Wide selection of washing cycles are easy to access. You get what you pay for in this machine.

The washing machine is great but it requires 240 volt and nobody at Best Buy was aware of that. I paid for installation and when they installed it they said that I needed a German electrical plug adapter to make it work. They said nothing about needing a 240 volt outlet. The panel would light up but it would not work. The Greek Squad said that I they would replace the washing machine but the same thing happened. The Geek Squad then send a technician who finally said that I needed a 240 volt outlet. I then had to get a 240 volt line installed and then it worked. It would have been much better if the sales person mention that it needed a 240 volt outlet.

This washer works well for us. It has surprising capacity for such a small size. It is one of the few that will fit into our small laundry closet. We had a similar Bosch model before, that finally died after 18 years of use. The only thing to be aware of with this washer is that the door is not reversible, so be sure that the way it opens works for your location.

I'll have to admit, I was very skeptical buying this washer! After 2 months of heavy use... all I can say is WOW. I absolutely love it. The price is high but so worth it. My clothes feel so clean and soft. I have done so many loads and have not had a single issue. It even fits my king size comforter! I am a bosch fan for life now. You will not regret this purchase!
