Excellent speakers. Lots of sound for a small bookshelf speaker. Easy to install & works well anywhere in room.

The speakers have great sound. Clear and very crisp sound.

These speakers are flat out awesome. I got them to replace my Sony rear speakers and compliment my front Bose speakers. My setup is almost complete. I am thinking of getting another set of these to replace my floor speakers. Unfortunately Best buy does not carry the stand for these speakers, but I found them cheap on Amazon.

I have these at my wood shop in an open bay. The sound is absolutely fantastic. It has good base when jamming as well.

Beautiful sound. The model has been around for 20 years: Such perfect quality, no need for Bose to change model numbers. I good and simple rcvr/amp with proper ohm 4- 6- 8. I've purchased three of these pairs for various purposes over the last 20 years, and have never yearned for anythingelse [exxcept Martin Logan - magnet plates speakers - though I don't have $4000 for those yet. Also works great as front speakers in a surround sound setup. Highly recommended

I purchased this set of bookshelf speakers for an average-sized room to hook up to my Onkyo receiver and they sound so much better than my old, smaller, less expensive Sony speakers. The sound is fuller and richer than I would have expected for a small speaker system. The reflection quality of the rear-facing port bounces the sound off the wall and seems to fill the room. Recently, I used my system in a larger room for our high school reunion and these speakers did a decent job of reaching the far corners of the room when I had the volume at a relatively high level. Good job Bose. I'm glad I went with these speakers.

Speakers produce a terrific sound for their size. They were easy to set up and install. I am glad I chose this brand.

Love the fact that it has a tweeter on the back of the speaker. Lots of bass. These speakers deliver a lot of power. And for the price you really can't beat this type of speaker

Have always loved Bose, but usually they aren't in my price range. These speakers are wonderful and at a great price!

I love the bose speakers they are great for action movies I would not use anything other then bose products I would recommended these to my friends and family members

I recently purchased an audio technical turntable- fantastic sound. Also, a pair of Bose 301 speakers and a Yamaha receiver. I also bought a 32inch insignia television from Best Buy in Danvers. All of these components have great quality and the sales people were extremely helpful and knew their products well. I will choose Best Buy over any other store for my sound equipment and other appliances.

Use the 301's with a quality amp and you will be impressed. I use a harman kardon hd990 and they smoke!

I was very disappointed in the overall sound produced by these Bose speakers. The highs are not crisp, the mids are mushy, and the bass easily distorts.

Great bass, very clear high notes. You cannot go wrong with bose.

Always wanted Bose speakers and my wife convinced me it was time. Love to listen to internet radio so wanted better speakers then the ones hooked up to my computer. Now I have a Yamaha network receiver with these Bose speakers and my living room ROCKS!

Great sound, but you have to use a good quality speaker wire to get the better sound. If you use cheap speaker wire the quality of the sound is lost. I was happily surprised by the sound for the price
