    Nice product. Had installed at Best Buy. Installation takes about 4 hrs. No problems with product. Volume could go a bit higher (but 2 wireless headphones are included) and the remote isn't very sensitive. Other than that it's a good product. My kids have enjoyed having it.

    The DVD player works great, however the headphones don't work at all. Also I had to travel 2 hours to get it installed and 2 hours back, apparently not all best buys do the install. Also I had to wait 2 months for an available appointment. Think twice before getting this product!

    The TV works and looks great, however the headphones are wireless but they don't work! Also it took 2 months for them to work me in for an install and I had to travel 2 hours for them to install it. I wish I knew that before I bought it, that not all best buys do the installs!
