I LOVE this system! I was a little hesitant to buy it because of some reviews, but so far I’m extremely pleased with my purchase. I did the install myself with the help of my brother. We snipped all the wires in my stock stereo which made the process so much longer, so if you this yourself I suggest just buying an adapter instead. However, if you wire it all yourself and have issues getting it to turn on with the car, I suggest wiring the “accessory” wire to the cigarette lighter. This stereo works like a charm and I hardly notice that the screen isn’t “HD”. You have to look pretty closely to see any pixelation. The Apple CarPlay works awesome, too. I love that I can pivot and slide the screen up and down as well. It really allows you to get the screen in a comfortable position. I really feel like my car has been upgraded with this stereo. I installed this in a 2014 Jeep Patriot, btw.

Kia Soul 14 works great! I needed larger display instead of the 6”. Sound is awesome and fits perfect with original Radio removed. All phone features work as promised. Yes it does tilt.

Not the best selection if you go on bumpy rides and live in an extremely hot state during the summer. Sound would cut off when hitting any minor bump and I think that’s due to the screen being too heavy and it slightly disconnects. I’m assuming the heat would cause it to glitch and the screen would black out occasionally.

Bought for Apple CarPlay which works as expected. No pinch to zoom or drag on the map which would be nice but for the price isn't a deal breaker. Phone calls are okay for the person in the car but the person on the other end hears themself talking. I've tried to move the mic around and it doesn't get any better. Turning the volume down helps but then it's hard to hear what they are saying.

So far the product has worked great. Install was simple and straightforward. I had to install myself because BB wouldn't install in my vehicle. I mainly use apple carplay and it has worked better than most OEM applications I have used. The one thing that needs improvement is the microphone. It seems to work ok for carplay, but has so far been unusable for phone calls. I installed in one of the recommended areas as indicated in the manual despite it being huge and looking old fashion it still doesn't work well. I'm surprised they didn't build one into the unit on the top of the display.

I had this radio installed at Best Buy into my 2014 Kia Soul almost one year ago. I love it! The display is great! I am able to use Apple CarPlay which is all that I wanted. I use multiple music apps and Google Maps. This is a great radio at a great price. Highly recommend. I am also very happy with the installation at Best Buy.

I installed this a few months ago. I like the large display and touch screen feature. But at night the display is to bright and can be overwhelming on dark highways. There does not seem to a way to turn down the brightness enough for eye comfort at night. Sounds great.

Got this around Christmas time and so far it’s working as intended. We’ve noticed that some charging chords don’t like to work with it, but it’s not a huge deal. The only annoyance is my backup camera view is backwards which can make backing up tricky. Also, this thing is HUGE, so keep that in mind. I wish I would have went smaller because it kind of blocks my AC vents but this was the only size in stock at the time.

So far I am happy with my purchase. Bought this product along with the backup camera for a 2011 Toyota Venza. I wanted the product for the features which I felt would keep anyone driving the car safer. The hands free options, not having to hold or look at your phone when using the navigation on your phone, and having access to features on your phone without having to touch your phone while driving were my key reasons for buying this product. So far, things are working smoothly.

I'm gonna keep it simple and short. don't waste your money on this system. I know the price and look become extremely appealing to the eye and pocket. but this system is extemely buggy, you will have your phone disconnect every other couple of minutes. plus be ready for your screen to go blank as well. Spend the extra money on a better system. forgor to mention, it super bulky. the only good thing i got from this purchase was the great customer service from best buy helping me out replacing this item.

I've been rocking this head unit for a couple years now. It has great features and doesn't lag at all. Boss may be hated on but I've really enjoyed this unit and would buy another one

Really nice stereo so far sound is good the screen is large and adjustable, only downside the CarPlay is usb only not wireless :( 4stars 1star for service Biggest issue the installation process we’re talking 4 + hours from 3:30-8 pm and they still messed up the wiring and gave me the car that way Until I let them know there were mistakes like several dash lights were on the front camera was wired to a broken light so the camera wouldn’t function and my ac wouldn’t turn off so shame on Best Buy very unprofessional of them to return they’re “finish work” without a proper inspection and my camera still don’t work :( I guess next time I’ll try frys

I am very happy with the Boss Apple Play car system we just had installed by Best Buy in Reading, Pa by Edwin. The system sounds excellent and is easy to use and access while driving. I would recommend this product.

Bought this to replace my old dodge 2008 stock radio. Now I have car play and android auto which is super helpful navigating radio and directions.. quality is very good and the size and price point is perfect !

Exceeded my expectations. Really love the display and ease of use. Bestbuy also installed this product into my vehicle and did a great job of it. No complaints.

upgrade from previous radio that had glitches with android auto. Attempting to schedule an appointment for install is frustrating, otherwise would be 5 stars. Associates were helpful, professional and expedient

4 stars for now i just got the headunit installed on the 12/22/21 but overall evrything is good for now ill be posting updates.

I like it, no issues.. does what it says. Big screen, good adjustment, good sound.
