I heard the demo in the store and ended up buying the total package from BW. After initial tweaking of the settings this has proved to be well worth the investment. We really like the matte white version. It's clean, modern and the sound is awesome. My living room has 23' ceilings and open concept on 2 sides. Plenty of power and sound to handle the room.

This is a realistic claim. The realism still gives me chill in the spine.

I love this center speaker! it sounds awesome at first i was nervous about spending the extra money with the CM series as to the 600 series! after i listened to both i had no reason not to go with the CM center channel! it has great sound, its a beautiful piece that sits in the middle of the room! not to mention is sounds really good music and movies! if you take off the cover then your looking at the amazing design bowers and wilkins left for people. this combined with the other CM series speakers makes my room sound amazing! the quality of the tweeters and the speakers themself! are amazing! Love this center channel!

I always want to have a nice center speaker for my family room. I'd listened this brand B&W speakers at my friends house and they sound absolutely fantastic. I bought this center speaker at BestBuy at an open box table with a good discount. I asked a sale person at BB for a sound test of this speaker in Magnolia room and it sounded very good to me. I have not hook it up yet but I trust B&W brand.

Always invest in a powerful center speaker - its the most critical and this one is great.

I have the B&W 685 S2 speakers in my TV room and this speaker is a much better match to them than my Polk center channel speaker. I haven't balanced the system yet but already I have noticed a big improvement with TV dialog and a fuller sound with movies. It's a bit expensive but a good speaker.

I would recommend this purchase to anyone. Excellent sound and clarity when watching movies.

with the change to these speakers the sound quality has increased at least 10 fold

I was so lucky to get my hands on this center channel because the CM9 S2 series was going to be obsolete. This was a great addition to my CM9 towers. The sleek piano black edition with the Kevlar finish just oozes classiness. The new 700 series is not quite up to par with the CM9 S2 both in sound and quality. If you find this set in the market I highly recommend them. Just be sure to test these with 320 kbps audio quality. This is a steller set for music lovers.

Excellent center speaker for media and family room

Does the job fine, sounds great. It is hard for me to say how much better this is compared to others. The unit pairs well with my B&W tower speakers. This works for me.

I looked for a center channel with space limitations (length). This B&W sounded full and has provided better depth of the center channel. Recommend.
