I can see how the gap between the seat and the backrest can get annoying but it doesn’t bother me very much. I really like the different angles in which I can position the bench.

It has three positions; flat, decline, and incline. It is durable and does not move from side to side. My only major complaint is that it is hard to switch the bench positions because the pin has to be screwed into place. I often have to use my phone’s flashlight to find the pin placement.

Great bench from Bowflex

The bench was a perfect complementary piece of equipment. Assembly was pretty straightforward using the YouTube assembly video from bowflex. I started using the select tec app and it was easy to adjust the bench for a wide range of exercises.
