Customers praise the BXT216 Treadmill for its sturdiness, ease of assembly, and quiet operation. Many users find it to be a great value for the price. While some users find it to be more expensive than other treadmills, they believe it is worth the cost. Great treadmill- was easy to put together and works great! Love that it syncs to my phone. It’s great that it has 4 user profiles you can set up.

It is everything I wanted. Sturdy, powerful, and built to last. The machine is simple and intuitive to use as it should be. There are multiple different controls to change speed and elevation. The heart rate strap seems to be accurate.

I had this treadmill for a year+ now. Very sturdy, great options for working out. I did not use the blue tooth functionality. It has been great for my endurance. Whole family uses it so 4 user option is a plus. Only wish there was a run/walk option that is faster to switch between.

This treadmill is at the high end of consumer grade although it comes with a fantastic price (thank you deal of day) as it's no longer manufactured, so get it while you can. It also has some really hard to find features that aren't available in fold-up or mid-grade consumer models. By the way, the new generation of treadmills are big on large screens with touch controls and some type of subscription model needed to fully utilize the screen and features; this treadmill has none of that nonsense, so if you want a classic treadmill, this is a great one, but if you want a peloton like experience, you'll want to look elsewhere. This treadmill has a 22" wide mat, which is very very hard to find and an amazing feature; most treadmills come with a 20" mat, but I tend to drift occasionally and once every 100 miles of running or so I step on the side while I'm running, which is always terrifying (huge squeak followed by trying to catch myself and fall). I've done over 100 miles on this already and haven't stepped off the mat once, so those 2 extra inches make a difference (it's like when you drive and the lane is a little extra wide, just nice to have that space) This treadmill also folds up, although beware, it does not fold up to a 90 degree angle, which means you can't pivot it around a narrow doorway if you're in a hall, which means you can't move it in or out of most rooms, so you'll need to disassemble it most likely to move rooms (not fun). For what it's worth, this model is so industrial I'm surprised it can fold at all, but somewhat of an odd engineering choice since the point of folding is to save space and make it easier to move, but this doesn't really accomplish either; other than the odd angle the fold feature works very well as it holds its own weight and slowly drops itself on its own rather than making you do the work. Assembly was fine (took me 2 hours by myself and I went sllowww, but if you're handy you could do it in less than an hour I'm sure), box is huge and you'll need a small dumpster for the packing material, but the treadmill is very solid and overall the controls and holders are great. The bluetooth is not for music, just for their useless app, which I guess can share info with more useful apps (like FitBit), but in typical bluetooth fashion it started to fight with me and then I realized I don't care. The speaker is LOUD which is really nice; granted the quality is terrible, but that's what I was expecting and I like it as a backup in case I can't find my headphones. The controls are a bit annoying as you have to select a speed/incline and then press OK; it would be better to just be a single touch especially since the controls aren't in a spot where they'd be accidentally pressed, but it's not a big deal, the additional controls on the side handles and the front handles mostly make up for something that could be fixed with a firmware update. The controls are slow to react, especially when you turn it on, which is not a big deal, but just different and somewhat odd if you've used other treadmills. The build quality of this is what you're buying it for, it's not as stable as the ones at my gym, but those cost 8-10K. This is basically a high-end 3K treadmill that you can get for less than half that price now. So, if you've never done a treadmill before this may be a bit much (I started with a junky $500 model years ago, but not a bad place to start), but you're getting incredible value. This is my 3rd treadmill; the first two I both broke through usage (proform lasted 4 years, reebook lasted 8), and I'm expecting this one to last 10 or 15 as it's definitely a step up from my reebok. I run on treadmills to combat knee pain and this machine on a cushioned floor mat combined with Hoka One shoes has allowed me to run thus far with no pain the next day. If you have the space for this beast and you know that you are going to use it more than twice before you start hanging clothes on it to dry, then I'd definitely recommend it. It has a few quirks, but the build quality and strength of this machine far outweigh the negatives.

Delivery was great and the Best Buy team placed the machine right in the room. Assembly and set-up was easy and it is mainly a 1-person job. The treadmill runs well and has nice features. The display is clear and there is plenty of space for water, phone and devices. The 60 inch belt length allows for a longer stride and helps reduce impact and running into the front of the machine. I did purchase this treadmill during a sale but the machine is solid and the many positive reviews are accurate. I did a lot of research before purchasing and this was the right treadmill.

When the pandemic really took off and gyms began to close, we decided to invest in a home treadmill and avoid gyms all together for convenience reasons on top of the pandemic. It was worth the investment, and with 18 months 0% interest, it wasn't that much different than our original gym membership fees. The treadmill has memory for multiple users (I believe 4 total, but I can't recall off the top of my head, as there are only 2 of us in our household). If you unplug it for too long though, the memory is cleared and you will have to reset your user profile (i.e., height, weight, goals). It's a great treadmill and the built-in fan is really nice if you get too hot! If you're looking for a decent home treadmill to avoid the crowds and to better incorporate workouts into your life, this one is a great choice!

It was easy to assemble, I was able to do it alone but it does take two people to get the bottom of the treadmill in place because of the weight. Sound quality is great on the speakers but you need to get an adapter piece to hook up your iPhone/iPad unless your iPad is first generation. Machine itself is fairly quiet. No complaints. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a good quality Treadmill.

I shopped around for a couple of weeks before making my decision to purchase the Bowflex BXT216. It meets and exceeds all my expectations. The comfort deck is awesome. Very low impact on the knees, which I love. The digital display, features and chest heart rate monitor is perfect! The delivery from Best Buy was spot on. Plus, they kept me informed the day before and the day of regarding my delivery. Love Best Buy!

Very professional and sturdy treadmill. Has automatic preset options to select from so your walk/run is alternated each time or you can create your own with incline. Setup itself is easy it's the actual screwing that can take some time as you have to align the screws with the holes without being able to see where exactly it is pointing to. But definitely manageable and in total if doing it alone it can take a few hours by taking your time and doing it step by step. My wife is able to fold it up if necessary by herself and she was the only one that assisted in the setup by holding some parts while I screwed it all in. Overall very happy with purchase and it even syncs with their app so all your workouts gets saved. You can have up to 4 different users programmed into the treadmill and synced with the application. Fan works great and so does heart rate monitor on treadmill by placing your hands on it, also has optional chest strap monitor as well.

This machine is pretty good if all you wish to do is walk or run on it..so I guess it serves at least its basic function decently, even if it feels a little over priced at $1800 ... and for that much money, in this day and age , if you are thinking you'll get a seamless bluetooth machine or app experience, or make use of the speakers, or the infotainment system/screen as it looks so fancy .. you would be supremely disappointed. First, they are still advertising the old app, you cant even find in the app stores as its name has been changed. If you do manage to find the new app, again, good luck trying to connect it to the machine or keep it connected to get any use out of it. While it is connected, it barely has anything to offer at all before you hit the paywall. It isn't really compatible with any good health apps even though they claim it is. The least they could've done is allow people to connect their devices to the speakers using the bluetooth function, but no. You do get an aux port but even that wont work half the time. When it does, and when you listen the sounds coming out of the cheap speakers, you'd go back to wishing they hadn't worked. The little usb charger right next to the aux port is also useless. It barely passes any power through for you to charge anything. The machine itself isn't too loud though. It's been a month and running smooth so far. The chest strap you can just throw out , it never worked. There are alot of cubbies and cupholders though. Again, if there were other machines available, I wouldnt have bought this in the first place..esp for almost $2k. But its sep2020 and pools and treadmills and open gyms are still hard to find so I grabbed this one as soon as I found one in stock. Good for walking and running. Nothing else. If you have $2k to blow because you must keep fit and just need a rolling belt to be able to walk and run on, get this. But dont expect this machine to do anything else.

I have had this treadmill now for over a week. I've used it almost everyday and very much like it so far. I had to assemble it myself, but it wasn't too terribly bad. It would be easier with two, but can be done with one. The base is heavy and can be difficult to maneuver. Once it is assembled, it is very sturdy and seems as close to a commercial treadmill as you can get. I like that you can hook you ipad up to the speakers so you don't have to wear headphones. The only thing is that I wish the mileage added one more decimal to it.

I have only used it for a couple of weeks. Everything working like it should. Getting use to it, had a Sole F63. The Bowflex feels more solid with a quieter & smoother run. (The Sole was definitely was easier to move with its wheels and lighter weight.) I was able to put it together by myself - I used rollers to move it around. Instructions were good.

Very nice treasdmill, one that you could see at the gym. I got it delivered to my house and the box was big and heavy. There was no way to maneuver around the corners and doors to take to my bedroom in the box. I had to unpack it and move piece by piece. The largest is of course the bottom as it comes completely assembled with the belt. It's also heavy by itself do two people minimum. Assembly was very easy and straightforward. I'm still learning all the functions but I like it a lot so far. Recommend.

Been using it for 3 days now and it's terrific for what I use it for. The only flaw I see is when changing the speed, it takes a while for the treadmill to get to that speed level. Besides that the treadmill feels very durable and the running belt is huge with good cushoning. Feels almost commercial quality. Best Buy also hired some great installers who carried the beast down to my basement. You will need at least two people to carry the motor and platform.
