These dumbbells are so easy to use with the variety of weight adjustments. The set is so versatile that the whole family can use them to meet their exercise needs. The handle is easy to grip no matter what your hand size is and these make an excellent addition to the workout room. The stand is well worth the money to complete the set instead of just having the dumbbells sitting in the corner!

I have seen adjustable dumbbells throughout the years and always wanted them. I finally took the leap and I am very happy I did. They might be pricey but you would spend more money buying single free weights than you would with these. Also save a lot of space just buying these instead. I’m going to buy the base for them eventually too so they will be off the floor. My workouts have never been this easy. the delivery was great too. They came right up to my door brought them in and placed them where I needed them and it was a done deal. Unpacking was easy and I was working out with them 5 minutes later. So happy I finally own them. You won’t regret this purchase!

Quality product, packaged well and easy to assemble and operate. Just follow the directions thoroughly. I highly recommend the stand designed for these. It is well made and positions the dumbbells at the correct angle and height for easy lifting.

Was wanting to get back into working out after my accident and came across these bowflex dumbbells at the right time. Saves a ton of room! Ordered for pick up, which was quick and easy! I recommend getting the stand which is a seperate purchase.

Versus buying several different dumbbells. This saved us tons of space in our spare room. We really like the adjustable dumbbells. My husband and I can get a good work out at home when we can’t make it to the gym or just need a quick pump.

Perfect for someone like me that lives on the road for work! They are easy to use, dont take up a bunch of room and perfect for getting a little workout in when stuck on location! They seem to take the abuse and keep on working, (driving down lease roads have them boucing everywhere!

Love them!!!! Does exactly what it states. Looks great and very good quality. Easily adjusts and very easy to handle. I definitely recommend if you don’t want a bunch of different sized weights cluttering your space.

Pros: Really happy with these adjustable dumbbells as they are easy to swap between weight amounts, generally pretty sturdy in their build, and conveniently take up little space especially when compared to what single-weight dumbbells would require. They sit nicely on their "case" and have no problem resting outside of the case on the floor between sets. Cons: Sometimes it takes a little more effort to put the weight back, lining up the dumbbells in just the right position, but it hasn't been a major concern.

I love these things! I didnt want a full rack of weights for my home gym. Though they can be rather large when using them as smaller weights, its still 100% doable! Well built, pretty quick to change weight on them, and super conveinent.

Been waiting for the right sale to buy these and I was in luck for a deal of the day! Bowflex has been around since I was a kid and it’s been my go to for equipment. The dials make it easy to switch up your sets before each workout. I paired mine with a bar that allows me to attach dumbbells on both sides. Total time saver for multiple workouts!

Convenient if you don't want to store a bunch of different size dumbbells for home workouts. They are rather large, which can get in the way on some exercises, especially ones where you're bringing them together. Think standing chest fly or overhead extensions. You also can't change their weight rapidly, though that probably applies to most adjustable dumbbells. I'd like to store them "away" somewhere, but you need something sturdy enough to hold the full weight. Still, it's better than trying to store a dozen pairs of dumbbells for the same variety, and also cheaper. BE WARNED, they say you should not use them for pushups or renegade rows where you're putting weight on them on the ground.

Wish I ponied up the money for these earlier! Rather than buying several sets of dumbbells over time which is less expensive short term. They are so easy to use and take up less space than the equivalent number of individual dumbbells

I have used they weights for about a month now and so far they work great. It definitely saves space and time when working out, they're super easy to use, and overall I am happy and glad that I got them would recommend.

I sold a collection of 10 individual dumbbell sets and relaced it with these BowFlex dumbbells. I now have 15 optional weight sets to choose from, which takes up 1/10 of the space. The dumbbells are solid in construction. I use extra caution when releasing them or setting then on the floor. I never drop them like my old dumbbells. I haved used them for 2-3 weeks now and have no issues with the locking mechanisms at all. I routinely use them for bench, curls, shoulder presses and lateral raises. I also bought the Bowflex stand, which I would highly recommend.

Dumbells are great! Good grip, switching the weight in seconds is so convinient aswell!!!

There are a lot of less expensive adjustable dumb bells out there but if you want the best if the best, these are for you. The grip is really comfortable which is very important. I really like how the increments are 2.5 lbs instead of 5 lbs like most otheres. I would highly recommend this set.

Had these over a year... these are the coolest dumbbells I have ever used. You really do not get the idea until you actually have them in your possession and can turn the weight dial, it's satisfying. Some serious engineering here, someone smart made these, appreciate em.
