Very impressed had 9 file boxes full of documents that came from a property of a family member that died so we had to go through and shred everything we didn’t need to keep was worried at first it wouldn’t be able to handle the load but it did took 2 weeks to finish but it held strong it does overhear but I read all shredders do if you run them for more than about 20 minutes at a time it could make it though about 400 sheets before it overheated would let it cool for about 45 minutes it was good to go again also shreds paper into fines pieces not into ribbons

I bought this shredder during thanks giving with my best buy rewards on top of an offer which was available across multiple sites. The shredder capacity and the price was the biggest catch. A 70 capacity shredder was costly than this one. I had around 5 reams of paper both Letter and Legal, I just feed them to through the auto feeder at max capacity and could shredder all of them in hours. I like the feature where you can also feed 2-4 sheets of paper when autofeader is on. The bin is small compared to the paper capacity, so I had to empty it quite often. The overheat indicator works fantastic. Once its on, we should give an hr for the shredder to cool down. All in all this is the best shredder in the market. After processing about 4 reams of paper, I head some creaking noise. Then, I used the free lubricant sheets provided with the shredder and it worked wonders. The shredder is back on without any noise.

Manual is not good enough to give instruction. It cannot be shredded when I put a bag inside the bin and the light of bin full is on. Manual has not mentioned that. I try different way to put the bin bag inside the bin. Only one time ok and then not ok anymore. Finally, I give up to put the bin bag inside the bin. I am disappointed about this small thing. My old shredder has no such problem. It is quite quiet and that is pretty good.

A quality product for the price. I have found that it overheats too quickly but otherwise is a good product.

I Love my new shredder. It's fast and saves so much time. It's smaller than my previous one i've had for years, however, this one packs a punch. I love the auto feeder, you sit back and let it do all the work. Great price and product.

Initially I was a bit nonplussed at the preparation - like no staples ( better for the machine) even though this shredder would take staples n that paper shouldn’t be folded n had to be aligned straight but it paid off in that the machine’s auto feed / shred functioned very well . A little bit noisy but what machine isn’t? Especially liked that it can take up to 90 pages per cycle.

Does what it says, greater capacity than my old shredder and not as noisy

I purchased this shredder to replace one that shreds into strips with this little powerhouse I can shred individual sheets in the front or up to 8 sheets and up to 90 sheets in the rear auto feeder which works perfect. I love that it cuts the pieces into confetti so everything is unreadable and cannot be taped back together this shredder will not do staples and don’t place envelopes in this shredder because the manufacture states the glue can gum up the blades. I would strongly recommend this product along with the shredder lubricating sheets

this many years later this shredder is still going strong and keeping my information safe

After reading some good reviews I decided to purchase this item. Once it was set up I put it to use and found that it worked smoothly for a few months. Now, whenever I shred papers there's this constant weird sound when the papers are being fed through. Very disappointing.

Replaced older shredder with this autofeed shredder and from what I have shredded so far this works great. Shreds paper in to very small pieces so it looks like this is a very good buy so far. The shredder did come with packs of oil to run through the shredder to oil up the teeth so that was a bonus.

Price was a little higher than I wanted to spend. But, Work very well.

smart, convenient and does the job as advertised. LIke any portable don't put in 15 sheets at a time but it easily rolls away as well

Does exactly what its supposed to do however it makes shredding easier with the automatic up to 90 sheet shredding capability. So nice not to always have to do one paper at a time.

This is a great shredder that comes with straight forward instructions. Very easy to use and meets my paper shredding needs. I like that there is an automatic kill switch when the bin is too full or when the machine is overheated. This eliminates damage to the machine when these typecof errors occur.

Great Shredder You can place pages on one side and it will pull them in automatically and start the process

Does what it needs to and its quite fast. It's not too annoyingly loud and can handle a lot of paper.
