This product was exactly what I wanted. Bluetooth was easy to set up, after that just turn it on to connect. Sound is more than I thought was possible from this small unit. Battery lasts all evening. I ask thinking of piggybacking another unit for true sterio.

This speaker will last all day at the beach / Pool / Golfing. The Bluetooth range is not great, but if your phone is within 5 feet there are no problems. Outside of 10 feet it is a little sketchy. The sound quality is really good and it can get pretty loud.

This speaker won't blow you away by any means, but it definitely puts out some sound. I have attached this speaker to the fairing on my motorcycle and can hear it pretty well going 45-55 mph(On the outdoor setting. There is an indoor setting for a clear and crisp sound, and an outdoor setting for less quality sound but much louder). But when I'm done on the motorcycle I can take it right off, and use it as a speaker while I'm taking a shower, getting ready for work, smaller parties, or sitting around a camp fire. It's somewhat pricey around $200ish, but looking at other speakers of this size, I don't think you'll find near as much sound. So short story short, you could find larger speakers at around the same price with somewhat louder sound, but if your looking for a smaller, versatile, and more durable speaker that has a clear and crisp sound, you can't go wrong here. 4 stars.

Has great sound quality, good volume and works a good distance from the Bluetooth source. Also rugged and water resistant.

This speaker is pretty neat. The battery lasts a long time and really enjoy that it's waterproof. We have used this product by the pool and the sound is great. Can't wait to use this speaker when we use it to go tubing.

This speaker rocks! It is definitely the best sounding battery powered speaker on the block. I was really surprised by the bass for such a small, portable speaker. I strap it to my bike, and jam all day!

This speaker has high quality of sound and seems to play endlessly on a single charge. Love the fact that it's waterproof and can take it to the pool or beach without worrying water might get on it.

Bought it primarily for the waterproof feature as it is used at the lake. Pleased with the good bass response considering it's size. Also has good max volume without distortion

obviously I'm not the most careful person when it comes to electronics but I also like going on adventures. I intended to get some good speakers to take with me by the poolside or to blast it louder than my roommates country music without fear of it blowing out. I honestly haven't turned it up to the fullest. I just use it for movies and music but I'm sure glad it's durable, when it falls down I don't get a mini heart attack and the music don't skip. Also it comes with a universal charger, several outlet plugs that all kinds of shape and sizes. Very good sound, I even use it for my car instead my grungy old speakers

It's tough enough for a family with small kids that love to touch. Sound quality is excellent and I really like the look of the speaker and the fact it's water proof.

The Braven speakers are very good, they do have an excellent sound with better highs than the UE Boom. The only minor negative I would say is the Bluetooth range doesn't seem that great when you have two of them going at once. The fact that they are waterproof is a big plus if you plan to use them outdoors. They also have an indoor/outdoor switch that boosts the range outdoors. BestBuy seems to be very competitive on their pricing and they give full refund/trade for up to 14 days!

This little guy can push out some serious sound! I love that the clarity still stays with increased volume,sometimes with these little speakers you get a muffled playback....NOT WITH THIS ONE! This has worked for entertaining our guest via a happy hour to surviving a small kayaking trip. The rugged design and water resistant frame allow us to take this pretty much anywhere we go. User friendly and great for the money.....in my opinion waaaaaay better that the beats pill.

If you are like me and having 300 tabs opened on your Internet browser because you are comparing speakers and reading reviews, stop the madness and get this one. Amazing powerful and clear sound - THIS IS NOT A PA SYSTEM, so don't expect your ground to shake. Now if you are looking for quality sound and durability look no further.

I purchased this speaker to use by our pool. The waterproof feature was very important to us. I am very impressed with the sound quality of the speaker. The only reason it does not rate 5 stars is because the piece on the back that protects the electronics does not seem to secure as tightly as I would like. It does not take much to twist it off and I think that it could easily come off if hte speaker was jostled or dropped. For our purposes -- use by the pool it is fantastic. Great sound and waterproofing has already been proven from the dog shaking water all over it repeatedly.

Sounds good, not much bass. Easy to sync iPhone and android phones to it. Good range for Bluetooth if no obstructions. Long battery life.

I went to buy a Bose wireless speaker for my parent's boat, but it wasn't water resistant or water proof. The Best Buy sales assistant suggested this product. I was a little hesitant because I have never heard of this brand, but after testing the sound and the good feedback the sales assistant gave me, I decided to purchase it. I couldn't be happier with my decision. My parents love it and use it not only on the boat. I'd definitely recommend this speaker to anyone who is looking for great quality sound indoor and outdoor.

Pairs w my phone easily and sounds good. Battery life is not an issue. Loud enough for me. Used it at the beach and in the rain.

Agree with most all prior reviewers - great bass (and that's what I wanted), perhaps slightly thin in the midrange sound, overall great performance and battery life for the price; especially if bought on sale. In my opinion out-performed comparably-priced JBL speakers; and is weather-proof. Only downside is it's a bit heavy. Also does not have removable/replaceable rechargeable battery, so will have to see how long this battery lasts. Overall very happy with this portable bluetooth speaker.

Fantastic sound - we use it at the lake - it's great that it's waterproof and it does keep a good charge!!
