    Good breadmaker,although

While the loaf pan makes a normal shaped loaf instead of the normal square breadmaker loaf, the drawback is that ingredients get stuck in the far corners and don't always get mixed in. I just check it while mixing and scrape the ingredients towards the middle and it's fine. My main complaint is the operating buttons. The lettering is small and white against a bright yellow background which is extremely hard to read ( I don't know what they were thinking) I made a sticker copy of the buttons out of the operating manual so I could read it (see photo) Overall it does the job for a decent price.

Great for regular white bread. I do like ease of programming.. detects weight of loaf and automatically sets bake time.

I was so excited to get this machine only to find out that despite it's durability, it overcooks every single loaf of bread, even on the lightest setting. Every loaf of bread is harder and dryer than the next. So sad. You have to do all the work because the mixing paddle is so short and to prevent the crust from getting overcooked you have to constantly watch which defeats the automatic setting's purpose. And of course, I have young eyes but still need a flashlight to see the settings. I didn't believe the other reviews about not being able to see, I though aww come on it can't be that bad......Well it's even worse! Hate this machine and i'm returning it and am sticking to what I already should have known---YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

Got this one from best buy 4 months ago and it has run without blemish since. I love the traditional loaf shape this machine has (I thought I was getting one of those tube shaped square loaves from the shape of the machine). I makes a little noise, but not bad. You have to heat your liquids good so that it will rise and I usually hit the sides with a spatula after a few minutes to make sure you don't end up with a clump of flour on the sides. Great machine overall!

I have only used the bread machine to make dough that I shape and bake in the oven. So far, so good. I really miss having the delayed start option that I had on my old breadmaker for all of the program settings. This breadmaker only has a delayed option for breads that bake in the breadmaker. I can't understand why.

I bought this breadmaker a week ago. it takes 3 hours to make 1 loaf of bread and has no auto shut off also the baking cycle is over the bread will fall 4-5 inches leaving a depression in the middle of the loaf. Worst machine of all time.

The delay timer works great to have fresh baked bread for dinner or when you get up in the morning. I have used it to make raisin bread for breakfast, have made dough using my recipes for english muffins, bagels, and sweat bread. I have used other bread machines in the past, but this one is awesome. I love the horizontal loaves.
