Good Espresso Machine

Very happy with this one. Makes good coffee, very easy to use. Like that it is designed with the user in mind - easy to add water, turn/move the machine, very useful settings with pre-infusion and shot timer make it a machine with more feature than most more expansive and models and brands. Can not connect on how long it will work, but hope it will last for a little while.

No More Breville's for Me

But it only worked properly for ~3 years, though I've been limping it along to try get it to last 1 more year. Steam pours out of the top of the machine and water drips from all over the place so I use it quickly then turn it off immediately so I don't end up with a disaster. It gets so hot you can't even touch the exterior without getting burned. Sometimes the hot water dispenser works. Sometimes it doesn't. It's a mystery to me. A $1500 espresso machine should work properly for more than 3 years.
