Geek Agents Tyler and Nate did a great Job mounting my 540 MantleMount TV wall mount on my back patio!!! This was not your average installation!! This mount tool more than just slapping the template on the wall and drilling holes and bolting the mount on the wall. At the end the TV fit in the tight space available and extended down to not be such a neck burner!!! They were efficient, polite and professional. It worked as advertised when they completed the installation. The pics provided will show the finished product!! I would have taken twice the time and the would have experience double the stress. The TV tucks up in the gabled ceiling and pulls down 19” to provide a great viewing height!! I was really excited about the installation and the finished product.

We bought a new TV for our patio, and scheduled the Geek Squad to do the install, as it was up next to the ceiling. The installers showed up, on time, hung the bracket for the TV and did the install of the TV with only some simple questions about tilt angle, etc. Tuned the TV to our provider, made some minor picture adjustments, and it was done. Very happy with the job, and so far , so good.

I worked with the Geek Squad to install the big screen TV over a Mexican tile covered wall. I had taken previous measurements before the tile was installed. The big screen TV was originally mounted in nearly the same location by the Geek Squad. The installation went very well.

I rescheduled my mount and the original tech called 3 days before to confirm and ask questions to prepare. The rescheduled tech didn’t do this and told us when he arrived he didn’t have the materials to hide our cables. The original tech told us he would bring a cover so it wouldn’t be visible and we called to confirm this information with Best Buy. Now we have a mounted tv that cost more because it was over a chimney but you can still see all the cables. He just tried to tuck them behind the tv. Pretty disappointing.

I could not be happier with the guys from the Geek Squad, who put up the Sanus TV mount that was recommended to me by John, who had been out to look at the brick above the fireplace where I wanted a new LG 65" TV mounted. We had abandoned the large family room because the fireplace was the center point in the big room and the built-in cabinetry on either side eliminated any way to put a large screen television in the room and make it work. John returned to do the installation with another Geek Squad member and they just went to work and put up the mounting bracket carefully measured everything and systematically got it all done in efficiently and quickly AND adjusted the TV so the picture was set to our preferences and explained how to maximize the use of the LG's remote with our U-verse receiver remote. THESE GUYS WERE AWESOME!

Lisa and the other agent (sorry, forget his name) provided the most professional, friendly, and prompt service. Lisa is extremely knowledgeable-from the moment she arrived I felt I was in great hands. She went above and beyond. answering all questions, ensuring the seamless installation of my new TV mount, and TV. All My peripherals were hooked back up- she made sure to demonstrate how everything was configured, and how the new Magic TV remote works. Everything was cleaned up by the agents before they left. This was such a stress-free and enjoyable experience for myself and my family. The agents did everything you could ask..and then some. Lisa made sure I had her contact information before she left in case I had follow up questions. I wish every customer service experience was this flawless. Lisa and the other agent are a credit to the name Geek Squad. I can’t say enough good things about my experience!!

The Geek Squad installed the TV mount I purchased from Best Buy and up up our new LG TV, which I also purchased at Best Buy. The technicians installed the mount onto a stone fireplace and made the whole process look easy. We were so pleased with their professionalism and expertise. They set up our remotes so we only needed to use the one provided by our cable company. I would highly recommend getting the Total Tech Care, which we also have. It has been an excellent option for purchasing a variety of electronics. Best Buy got it right!

Destiny and Travis from Bay parkway site were absolutely amazing. They were very nice and professional. I have a brick wall so the first attempt to mount my tv was unsuccessful. I gave them a heads up before they started drilling and they were just like don’t worry we’ll take care of it right now. It was a very tough job, but got it done. They even tried to make sure not to don’t make to much of a mess with the dust from drilling. Thank you

The geek squad is worth every penny. They are knowledgeable and very friendly and professional they take all the precautions to make sure you’re safe and they’re safe from mask to shoe covers all nice and proper. And they do their job very well if you have any difficulty or any doubt about putting up a wall mount or installing a 5.1 or a 7.1 stereo to your television I recommend you get in contact with the geek squad. The greek squad notified of their time of arrival. Upon arrival they followed all the guidelines (face mask; wore gloves and put on shoe coverings) Asked me where to install the new TV and got to work within 45 mins the TV was wall mounted and they were linking my internet provider and cable service while answering my questions. They removed all the packing material and you would never know they had just install the new TV.

Neil did a terrific job mounting our new TV on a ceramic tile wall. He then set up all our apps, so that we were ready to go. He also put together our sound system and DVD player on another TV, while we were doing something else, without prompting. His partner, Shawn, got our home network set up, which had been a big problem for us. They are both wonderful, know their stuff, helpful and very personable.

The Geek Squad techs did a great job of safely mounting and connecting our new Sony 65" Bravia TV. This was complicated by the fact that the TV had to be mounted to a false fireplace covered with rock. They expertly centered and mounted the 65" TV by drilling and anchoring through the mortar between the rocks and it looks great!

The agents were professional, friendly, helpful in explaining everything to us and they listened to what we needed and answered our questions. In addition, everything was installed perfectly and is in excellent working order. They never disappoint.

Wait!!! They got here on time ??? Yes , on time, quick, and knew what they were doing!!! They weren’t trying to sell me anything! They were done in less than 30 minutes, and set up my whole new system! Ok , it wasn’t that of a complicated system, but they got it done much easier than if I did it myself or paid someone else! I was very happy with the results!
