I can't say enough . Love the quality . Quiet . Copies , prints and fax , triple threat . I'm a general contractor so I do a lot of copies , faxes and scans . Great for the money . Would buy it all over again .also wifi so phone works too ! I print from my bed .

We've used Brother FAX machines for many years, and expanded our offices. Works like a charm. We let Guest residents at our facilities use the machines, and they work without a hitch.

makes nice copies,redial is quick,it is a great machine for the price.the one problem it jams with paper very easily.must keep the tray clear where the faxes come out or the paper will jamb up on you.very east to sey up.this is my second brother fax machine.would buy another

I have had this Brother fax machine for a month now and am extremely pleased with its performance ! I have used it a number of times in sending and receiving faxes and making copies and have no complaints whatsoever. Its speed with which it performs and the quality and clarity of the faxes and copies is exceptional. It was very easy to set up and program from easy to understand instructions, and its size is not cumbersome to be able to be used in a commercial or home office. Its well built and very user friendly for the different functions it performs. I highly recommend this product and feel one will not be disappointed in choosing this product for purchase. Best Buy was very helpful in my purchase of this product as they always have been in my other purchases I have made with them.

Prints very nice and crisp. Makes fast copies. The only think I don't like is that it doesn't have a flat bed scanner.

We recently had been having problems with our Brother All-in-One fax machine so we needed to replace it. On the good side, we had that order model of the Brother for almost 7 years. That is a good run for a machine that is used almost daily. We never really had any problems with the older model until its last days. I would recommend the Brother Fax machine.

So far it works very well, and have been very happy with it. The only downside is you have to feed the copier, but we have the old brother fax copier that allows us to lay paper (or book pages flat for copying). I also have an older laptop using Windows 7 so I had to download the driver from the brothers website.

The product performs well and the price was great!!!

Needed a replacement for an old machine, great replacement. Fast and small footprint.

It was easy to set up and Simple to use !! A good product

Purchased this fax machine to replace an old one we had at the office. You would think set up would be easy - Plug in the old phone line and you are ready to go. Wrong. The machine can send faxes but I cannot receive any from outside the building. Our phone company came in to check the lines and all was okay. Brother support was rather comical and no help at all. When I called, I was told that I could not receive faxes because I was on the phone. They then called me on my cell and suprise, I still could not receive faxes. I was then asked if anyone else was on the phone. After constantly explaining that the old machine was on this same line and worked fine till it totally gave out, I was asked if there was anything else they could help me with. I would never purchase another Brother product again.

Faxes quickly and copies even faster, this copier/fax is user friendly and sets up quickly. Only one small complaint; I would like a message after faxing that says fax received.

Ordered it for my small office and it fits perfectly on a small desk. Works great and like the printer function.

Our old brother fax machine broke after several years and made lots of sense to replace with also a brother one. No regrets, great updated machine!!!

Many good features. The bottom of the unit is similar to a standard Brother laser printer. It scans extremely fast and then send the fax out. You can even set it to print a confirmation sheet that shows part of the fax you sent for proof. This one will last for years. Even with a starter cartridge unless you make copies with it should last quite a while. Order high yield cartridge when you replace it and it will last for years. Make sure you read the owners manual.

Good standalone fax/copier machine that does it job as expected.
