I've been using it for 3 months, it's working good and very satisfying

Bought as an inexpensive backup printer for my home office. It lasted less than 1 year. I am fairly tech savvy but couldn't clear a 'no paper' error. Given the time that I spent on the 'no paper' error thing, purchase, setup, and limited use - this is in the running for my worst IT product purchase ever. It's been tossed out, and won't be missed.

Nice inexpensive wireless printer that the ink won’t dry up in because it’s a laser printed!

I needed a printer for work because policy changes did not allow me to have one in my classroom. This laser model is about the same price as an inkjet printer, which I knew that I didn’t want. I wasn’t expecting much from a budget deal, but was pleasantly surprised at its quality so far. There were no set up problems for me, since this printer is common enough for the driver to already be on my work computer. I just plugged it in and it worked well enough, with some issues. It doesn’t print two sided at work, but will do so at home. This is most likely a driver issue. It also has AirPrint, which allows me to wirelessly print documents directly from my iPad or iPhone, which wasn’t something that I never considered when buying it, but is very convenient. This only works at home, because printer and iOS device has to be on the same Wi-Fi network, which is not possible due to the new policy change. When connected to the internet, it will automatically order toner and supplies when needed. If I didn’t want to commit to buying the toner through this program, their is the option not to sign up. It is nice to have your supplies sent directly to your door. It was easy to setup, once I pulled it out of us packaging. Simply attach the power cord and connect to WiFi and it was ready to go. At work I needed to find a USB A printer cable to connect to my work computer, since a printer cable is not supplied with this printer. This printer is more than I expected, in a good way. I liked having it at home during the summer and miss having it around now that it’s at school. I just placed this order so that I can use the AirPrint features again, which is very convenient when you just want to print something quickly without booting a computer. If you’re thinking about buying an inkjet printer because you don’t think that a laser printer is in your budget, consider this one. At $159, it was about 1/2 the price as the HP laser printer that I bought a few years ago, and without having to deal with frustrating hp driver downloads. The hp printer is much larger needing its own stand and can only be placed close to the computer to which it is attached. The older printer can be accessed from WiFi when connected to a router but is nearly impossible to use as an AirPrint printer, if it can be at all. The brother printer can be placed almost anywhere if connected to your LAN (directly wired or wireless). It’s small enough not to take up more space than necessary. I am satisfied with this printer for what I needed it for, but my occasional use may not be the same as if it were a heavily used printer in an office. This would be a perfect in a dorm room or at home, but may not be hearty enough for office use.

I was looking for a better type of printer, and research that laser printers are better at reserving ink and then old school inkjet types. I printed over 600 copies on one toner, and earlier tonight my iPhone alerted me and stated I needed to replace toner. The unit display stated the same message. I did try to shake the toner which is the one high came with it, which is deemed a starter toner, prints about 500-600 copies. I have been impressed with this printer purchase since receiving it by UPS as it was an online sale I want to believe. It is super easy to double side print and super easy setting up in general. Took less than 10 minutes, much more like 5 actual minutes... super easy to install onto password protected WiFi with a push of a button with short on screen prompts. It is super easy to print off my iPhone. I did not need to install any type of software; it just worked. I would give this model a 110% as I’m impressed and happy I chose this Brother printer. Unsure of issues others may have stated in their reviews but I found overall install to be simple. When not printing, it will go into a sleep mode with no noise. Right when I choose print on iPhone or MacBook Pro, it turns itself on/wakes up quickly then begins printing. Any device on your network can easily print off this printer, rather it be a desktop computer to your favorite pad. Again, Apple friendly and can be used to with ease and not much of an inconvenient install required. A+++++

I have a Canon Inkjet printer and at first thought that this printer would suffice all my printing needs but a few days in was alarmed at the rate that this printer was guzzling ink. That's when I realized, that I had to go for a laser printer lest I wanted to spend a fortune on inks. I began researching online and came across this printer. Even though its slightly expensive than some of the other brands I figured out that this printer would prove to be economical in the long run considering overall reliability and the cost of replacement toners. The printer is quite easy to install and setup.The entire process ,from opening the box to getting the first print, took me less than 15 minutes.Once setup, I was able to order prints from a variety of devices in my house without any issues. The speed & quality of prints are outstanding for this price.If you are looking for printer for your home or small office, this is the one to go for.

This printer was quick and easy to setup. It’s only slightly bigger than my old inkjet printer. The warm up time really isn’t bad, to me; plus it prints pages quicker than my old inkjet. Overall, I’m pleased with the printer and I really like that I can now print wirelessly. Down sides? Sometimes, the jobs timeout on my phone, when the printer is on standby. Only other one, that I can think of, which I knew about going in, it can’t print color.

For years we have purchased one Inkjet printer after another and the result was always (predictably) the same; we hardly ever wanted (or needed) to print in color except for the occasional photo. We were always having to buy 4 or 5 ink cartridges, every 2-3 months, at a cost approaching that of a new printer. So... this time we decided to purchase our first laser printer and we couldn’t be more pleased! Now we have a printer that will produce several thousand prints/copies off a single cartridge (that won’t dry out, by the way) and when we do want to print some color photos we can go to Costco, WalMart, or any one of a myriad of other retailers and walk away with photos of a far greater quality than we could print off any of our inkjet printers previously owned and at a far cheaper cost. Our Brother HL-L2395DW is quite fast, starts up in a matter of seconds, and is user friendly. The printer was super easy to set up, is much faster than any of our previous inkjets and will save us a considerable amount of money spent on ink cartridges! We have had zero problems with the printer including printing wirelessly through our WiFi network. Once I set it up it has worked flawlessly each and every time. Period!! Highly recommend this printer!!

This is a great printer! I don't print a lot stuff, but enough that it would be nice to have a fast black and white one. This one fits the bill perfectly. Set up was very simple. I have a MacBook air and it does not have a CD drive, but I downloaded the software from the website with no issue. It's very fast and simple to print wirelessly from my phone and laptop. It's laser so it doesn't smear and the print quality is very good. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting an affordable wireless printer.

This is a awesome, basic, network-ready laser printer—enough said, bottom line. I am completely satisfied and impressed with its features and performance that cost a mere $99.00 plus tax. Not to mention a logical approach to vastly reducing the need to buy costly ink jet cartridges. I purchased the printer as a viable option to using my three year old Canon MX922 all-in-one ink jet printer for routine text and document printing. It augments the MX922 nicely that is now relegated exclusive duties as a scanner, copier, and FAX machine. Lastly, I did research on Brother printers before buying and found that the company apparently has a good foundation as far as product and customer support issues are concerned. Once again, this little printer is truly awesome—it has functioned flawlessly since the day I set it up on my network. The printer works perfectly with my mobile phones as well as my Dell XPS 13 notebook and two desktop PCs. Excellent machine!!!

I really like this printer. It does exactly what it is suppose to do. Easy to install, printing is clear and it is not overly loud. The digital display is good, little bit of a learning curve to understand how to move around within it. HP has a programed sleep mode which I would prefer to be able to adjust the timing but haven't been able to adjust that yet. Not a big deal at all, as it wakes up quickly anyway. I am using it with the WiFi connection and that works well. Havne't gone through 250 sheets of paper yet so don't know about the refill needs yet. Very happy so far.

Works well with iPhone printing and wifi. Clear crisp printing. All around great compact printer that doesn’t take up too much space.

I've been wanting a Laser printer for who knows how long. THIS Brother HL-L2370DW unit was EXACTLY what I was looking for... Setup was FAST and EASY... Went Wireless INSTANTLY and I've been able to connect several Units Phones, Laptop, and 2 PCs to the printer. FAST printing too!! 36 pages a minute! Duplex printing, and quiet!! I should have gotten this LONG AGO, but the price was a big factor for under 100.00 How could you ever go wrong?? Thank you Bestbuy! THIS is a winner for sure!

I bought two of these printers when one of our offices began having trouble with their printers. Setup was simple. I connected via USB on one printer and Wi-Fi on the other. The USB setup was Plug and Play on Windows 10 Pro. As of today, we have printed 15,316 pages with zero jams. Print quality is excellent on varying paper thicknesses. It does a great job for the price.

Love this printer. The toner lasts a long time. Connecting it was easy, and printing through WiFi is a breeze. It's fast too! And it can print double sided, which I didn't realize when I bought it. That was a happy surprise!

This Is a great product. Cartridges are a less less expensive than some of their competitors also. Doesn’t take up much room. Easy to set up and runs great. Especially like the wireless option. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy this printer again.

Best printer I've had so far. I don't need color printing so that saves $$ . Very easy set up and no issues at all! Great printer for a good price.
