Set-up was easy. I just followed the directions and it worked immediately. My other printer was very loud therefore compared to that one this was quiet. Print quality is very good. Good value for the quality.

have been through several printers over the years. this was about as simple to install as i have ever seen. had it up and running in less that 45 minutes. it is the first, i think, that i have had that the usb cord goes on in the inside. that stumped me for a few minutes. but just put in the cd, read the instructions and you will be on your way in no time. easiest setup i have seen. print is very good, copy is very good. i, personally, do not use the fax. but if i ever need one, it will be there for me. very happy with it overall. and in my case, the ink will be cheaper that the hps i have had in the past.. i have need for 2 printers-copiers connected to my computer and i made this one my default. if you get one, i am sure you will be happy.

Love the size, shape and print quality. Great as a printer and copier. Hard to use wirelessly and fax is difficult to set up. We have had it for a couple weeks and the set up for fax and wireless printing seems so overwhelming that we haven't bothered to try to figure it out.

We are in the process of moving right now, so we have not hooked up it's wireless features yet. We are using the USB connection for all our laptops for now. We are quite pleased with the print quality and speed; my husband is amazed. I really like the idea of saving money with the separate color ink cartridges as well. It was easy to set up and the paper drawer is the easiest I have ever used. No regrets; thoroughly pleased! It did not come with the USB cord, but the one from the previous printer works fine with this printer.

After receiving my multifunctioning printer I was very impressed at the speed of printing. My old printer took over 30 minutes to print compared to the seconds to print on the new one. I am looking forward also in printing pictures as well.

I try not to print a lot and really don't. Only when I have to. I've had this thing for a few months and have hardly used it, yet the Cyan cartridge emptied pretty quickly, despite the fact almost every single time I do actually print, I switch to "gray scale" and 99% of the time it's "fast print" mode. I can't believe how fast this thing went through a cartridge already. Worse, every time I print now, it goes through this "cleaning" process. So I can't just print a quick page of anything. The cleaning process takes a while. I have no idea why it's doing this but of course, I can't return this piece of shiat. Everything takes a long time to do. Just to turn on you get 50 bells and whistles and to turn off, the same thing. Take it from someone who understands computers and printers and has had a lot over the years, this is the worst one I've ever had. I hate it with a passion.

The printer is good and fast. Its the best printer that I ever purchase.

I use this product as a color printer, copier and scanner for my home office as well as family use for homework, that kind of thing. The networking feature is very nice and easy to setup.

I purchased this machine based on cutomer reviews. Unfortunately I am NOT as pleased as most! The initial set up - unwrapping the equipment, installing the 4 cartridges was easy. After that the ease went down hill and fast. I installed the disc and immediately experienced issues. After trying for an hour to install the driver, I called customer service. Apparently, the disc that I received was not for Windows 7. The CS rep directed me to a website in which I SHOULD have been able to download the correct driver. After going in circles for another 30 mins, I packaged the machine for return.
