It took me a little longer than anticipated to get all the functions set up on this all-in-one printer however I'm not the most tech-savvy. There were good instructions. This model appealed to me because it will duplex, has a document feeder for print, fax, and scan, and also prints from your mobile device. Nice, sharp copies and it is REALLY fast!

I had an MFC-7340 fro 5 years with no issues at all. Changed profession and I am now a Realtor and need to print a variety of documents in color. This one has been perfect & the 2 side auto duplexing is worth the extra money. 5 years from now when it is still going strong you'll be happy you spent the extra money on that feature.

I bought this printer to replace an nearly new Epson all-in-one that printed great pictures but horrible text. Since I already had a Brother B&W laser that we love, Brother was a natural choice. Goth this one on sale - great price. This Brother color laser all-in-one was easy to install and does an awesome job with my text with color letterhead. And as an added bonus, it uses the same toner as my Brother B&W.

The first printer I received had been damaged during shipment. Customer service ordered a replacement before beginning to process the return. My new printer was easy to setup and works well. Print speed is great. It does require more space than a normal printer so buy a big desk to go along with it.

We bought this to replace our aging inkjet based MFP. What a huge improvement on multiple fronts! Totally worth the upfront cost as the inkjet cartridges were putting us in the poor house

Printer is very easy to set up on a home network and very easy to operate. Good laser color prints for the cost - little slow on the ppm, but that was expected at the cost. Scanner is also very easy to use and the document feeder makes scanning easy.

What an excellent piece of hardware! Great fast print times! Toner is pricey but lasts! Works really well for my wife's real estate work!

Good printing experience so far. Better scanner to pc or network would be only downside.

Very pleased with the printer and the price was good. I have been looking for a decent color laser, printer, scanner and this met all the criteria. Installation wasn't difficult. Just wish it came with the extended ink cartridges. I had to replace the black already and the others are 1/2 used as well.

This printer is slow, you can't even print more than one envelope. The reviews said it was good for a small office, NOT true, it's constantly jams, don't waist your money! Disappointing
