This printer is a workhorse! Switched from a ricoh commercial printer. Equal or better print quality, takes up way less room and has better features.

We have our own scan and file program to the system and it doesn't care to work with it very well. I also do not like going back and forth from ADF to flatbed. My old brother use to recognize when to do either on it own and accepted the Paperport program. Sometimes you need to do one project that goes multiple times from ADF to flatbed. I would recommend only if you don't have to do much scanning so less switching.

My business requires fast and efficient handling of 50-80 page .pdf files as a matter of routine. Feeding for scanning and copying is excellent. Printer lives up to its ppm billing as well. It is just a little louder than I thought it might be but it’s not objectionable.

This is the "work-horse" printer in my small office. I have a busy family practice clinic. My duties, besides caring for patients, include I.T.. I needed something reliable, fast with great quality printing. This meets all of those qualities. In addition, the fax, scanner and copier work great. I highly recommend this if you have a small office.

I had previously Brother mfc for 11 years and now just purchased Brother MFC L5800 DW. I’m so happy with my choice. So easy to set up. Double page print. Wireless. So many other options but I need time to learn all of them.

The product itself is great for its price range. It really saves money from purchasing a network ready scanner, the network scan on this MFC-L5800DW is fast enough for daily scans. I do have here and there small issues on few printers, but overall it is a best buy.

Printer is in Black and white,Prints crisp/sharp lettering. A little bulky, but well worth the price, best printer iv owned so far.

MFC-L5800DW is great for daily small office use. It does both scan to network and scan directly to USB drive. Speed is fast enough for printing, scan and copy. For the price range, this is a great choose.

I have been looking for a good printer that can keep up with my work. Sometimes i have to make a lot of envelopes and make copies and this printer give me both it has a good space tray where i can store a lot of paper for my prints and a second tray that i use for my envelops. I really recommend this printer if you are planning to use it for business that require you to do lots of prints or use legal paper which is ticker that the regular one.

I like it it prints quickly especially if your printing a lot of pages but the rest is confusing. I don’t know if it’s because I’m using a Mac instead of windows but I can’t seem to get it to scan and just to get someone from geek squad it’s about $100 or maybe more depending on if they can fix the problem in the time they were given or not. I would not recommend simply because yes it prints well but that’s not the only reason why I bought it.

I was initially worried about this unit handling our small office needs. This is the first Brother I had ever bought. After using it now for more than a month I can safely say all worries are gone. It handles all of our printing, copying and scanning needs with ease. This is a superior unit that I would definitely buy again.

Excellent Item, Extremely Fast, Quality, Unexpensive

Bought this for my mom, she recently started her own business. This printer is very fast and although I wish Brother’s software was a bit more refined, but it works. So far no complaints

I have now and have had many Brother all-in-ones over the years and they consistently impress me with solid, reliable performance. This newest addition is no exception. It is cheaper and yet faster in every way than even my last one.

This printer works great for my home office! I do accounting so I need a work horse, which this printer is. Highly recommend it.

I am a notary who needs to print both letter and legal sized pages from large pdf files. This is the only multi function machine that I know of that meets my expectations.
