like the idea but it didn't last long gave to many issues

Hinges broke after 3 months. I purchased December 2022. Tried getting Brydge to replace or refund, but have never heard a word. Today I see that they have closed their doors. Very upset due to the price I paid for this product. Are their options?

I like the functionality of this device however the hinges are not sturdy enough as I had to return this item because the hingles broke.

At first my daughter loved this keyboard. Made doing her homework on her iPad much easier. But then one of the hinges just fell off. The screws that hold the hinges in place are so small that it's amazing it lasted 2 months very poor quality. Best buy will not replace since it's passed their return policy. Do not buy.

Have burned through three of these in a year. Poor quality product. DO NOT last like the original Brydge key pads.

Works great with the 9th gen iPad. Just need to update the firmware with the brydge app. Pairing/un-pairing was super easy. The backlit keyboard with adjustable lighting is great in the dark + tap to touch works well. Recommended if you want a portable device for on the go work.

Great product. You can pop it off if you don’t want to use the keyboard. Very handy and easy to use.

Makes my ipad into a laptop. Wonderful product. Perfect for traveling.

A great way to turn your iPad into something like a Surface. The back lit keys are a huge plus.

This keyboard is pretty much the worst. I bought it a few months ago for school and have had nothing but problems. Pros: it charges fine, stays charged decently long, and types well. The backlit keyboard is nice too. It easily connects to bluetooth. That's about it. Cons: I have never been able to use the trackpad. Right out of the box, it has always been way too glitchy and it is easier to just use your finger on the iPad. This is very unfortunate because that is the main reason I spent the money on this keyboard instead of buying the apple keyboard that goes with the iPad. The trackpad glitches so bad I have to restart my iPad multiple times a day when the keyboard is connected. It will start clicking things randomly, switching through my tabs, causing my iPad to freeze, even if I turn off the keyboard. Then, the freeze is only resolved if I restart the iPad. This is very difficult when I am in class and just trying to keep up with notes. Now I have to spend more money to buy a new, different keyboard because this one is completely unusable at this point. It makes working so frustrating as the screens are constantly bouncing around and getting frozen. I have tried updating the keyboard through the app and everything. This is an extremely disappointing keyboard, especially for the price. Do not recommend.

There are two keys that stick. I will be trying to get it replaced for the second time now.

Hinges broke prior to the first year of use. Bad purchase, bad design, should have left ath the store. Great idea though!

Broke apart within 6 months. Hinges are poorly built. The polymer wrap around the case stretches easily. Waste of money.
