Great stove, lousy installation.

The Best Buy Geek Squad installation was an abysmal failure. The installer didn't read and follow the installation manual, didn't use the new gas line we were told was required, and performed zero leak checks on a gas stove installation. The installer left telling us to cut up our cabinets so the drawers would go back in. Installed per the instructions no drawer modifications were required. We completed the installation ourselves.

Best Product best quality

Product is well build with high grade SST. The burners put out good BTU's that makes cooking a breeze. Installation was easy. Only feedback would be the gas connection point sticks out.

Gas stoves are great for cooking but a pain to keep clean. Six burned are nice and they produce different flames. We mainly use just one burned all the time that seems to work the best for most everything.

Poor Performance

I had such high hopes and I am very disappointed with the quality and workings of this range. The flames are difficult to adjust and it is very difficult to clean. Even after cleaning like the instructions tell me, it just doesn’t look good. Food particles are hard to remove due to the delight. I think this range was designed by someone that he’s never done any amount of cooking or had to clean this rangetop. Save your money and frustration with this line. My 20 year old KitchenAid still outperformed this new one. The only reason I needed a new range was that I needed 6 burners.
