    Simple instructions, easy to follow, right on the screen. The door front pulls down instead is swinging out. Bake, roast, and microwave are only some of the features! Love it’s style!

    Had this built into the island and couldn’t be more happy with this. Such a large microwave! Foods cooked perfectly every time. Popcorn button even cooks to perfection. Have yet to use the convection oven, but love to have that option during holidays when the oven tends to get crowded. Happy I splurged on this guy!

    OMG!! From start to finish Best Buy took care of me with my home appliance!! We ordered the microwave oven (GE Cafe) and the touchscreen one did not fit due to touch screen height. We went back to Best Buy and explained the problem. The salesman Jon stated that another GE model would fit. We trusted him and it worked out fantastic!! I know that Best Buy is not known for appliances, but give them a chance!! Even the installers were great with customer service. Thank you Best Buy!!

    So much better than the Kitch.....d that it replaced. Easy to use, mostly intuitive. Very versatile to cook a wide range of foods, from baking salmon to making oatmeal. Takes a little getting accustomed to because a little complexity comes with its wide range of capabilities, but once you are past a short learning curve, this is a fantastic microwave/ convection oven.

    I just used the convection oven and it works best with regular pans. Glass pans did not cook well. So far, we are in love with this convection/microwave. Worth the extra bucks.

    As soon as I started using it, it made a loud noise. After several calls, I was told there had been issues and they would send out a tech and replace faulty parts. After waiting a while they ended up replacing it. Every so often it makes same loud noise.

    Had the microwave for a year. Exactly 1 year after installing, the microwave makes a buzzing sound when the door is closed, continuously heating when it’s not supposed to. Worst purchase ever especially at this price point.
