I absolutely love the quality of gameplay. I haven’t even touched the campaign which I have heard is great - but multiplayer is fantastic as well as zombies. Unfortunately there are a few glitches which cause the game to crash that need to be patched. Once that is done this is easy 5 stars.

The game isn't as bad as most are posting about. The game came out last month and patches are known to occur to smooth out bugs. I did have issues that occurred like crashing my console which was game based. The game didn't autosave although icon showed. Player experience and weapon experience is whats broken. I thought I ordered the ultimate edition but was mistaken. My mistake just bummed. The game is worth playing bringing back true zombies mode a patch is needed to enable split screen. Campaign is lovely looking on the series x. Load times are fast next gen is a game changer with the ssd.

The gameplay is pretty fun, I liked and thoroughly enjoyed the campaign too - although I see why some people don’t like the ending. The multiplayer is fun too, but the split screen is SO LAGGY, it’s almost unplayable with two players. There’s a bunch of other glitches and things they need to fix, but if you plan on just playing it by yourself it’s pretty good

Got my two boys interested in COD BO Zombies with an Xbox 360 version playable on Xbox One and they could not get enough. So it was an obvious purchase and I got the cross compatible because we expect the Xbox One to stop working in the future and will end up buying an Xbox Series X when available. Only gripe is the fact that the game is still very buggy and it seems not just on Xbox.

Good game, if a little buggy. Also didn't like the fact that two of the maps aren't playable with bots (one of which I was really excited to play; "Armada"). And there were already too few at launch. Still, this is by far the best Black Ops game to date.

Looks GREAT on the Xbox Series X! Great story, multiplayer and ... ZOMBIES!!

The campaign is cool, but a little short. The multiplayer is toxic and hardly has any maps. The zombies I think is the best part of this game. It's a twist on the classic way it's played, which I always loved most.

Fantastic game. Best multiplayer in year. Campaign was top-notch. Great first game on a new console. The graphics were stunning on my Series S with a 4K TV ( I know the series s doesn't do 4K but it still looked fantastic). Only downside is how HUGE the game file is.

I've been playing call of duty for a long time now it feels like and they just keep getting better and better. I have no complaints with cold war. The graphics are great, the gameplay is fun, the campaign is fun and the online gameplay is where its really at. This is a must have for sure.

This game is great, although... This campaign is really good, I think it even competes with Modern Warfare. The fact that it allows you to change your ending 3 different ways, and make different decisions throughout the game, makes it so much fun to play again! Unfortunately, the split-screen mode is a little wacky and doesn't work very well. It works ok in multiplayer, but not at all in zombies. If I knew this ahead of time I would've waited until I got a definite answer on whether or not zombies would be split screen. Zombies single player is also really great though.

Story is cool and the graphics are incredible on the Xbox Series X. If you are into first person shooters this a must have. I would probably consider this one of the best games I've owned to date. And if you haven't played Warzone yet, you are missing out.

Fun game set in the Cold War. The attention to detail for the time is great. Limited amount of maps is disappointing, but fun nonetheless.

It's call of duty.. so you know what you're getting.. zombies is fun.. the digital purchases was easy on bestbuy... this is one of the few games where you'll see the benefit of Series X right now

I love the online play, but the offline Campaign was pretty insane!! They’ve come a long way over the last decade.

Not a bad campaign, but I am not very good at the multiplayer part. But worth the money to shoot zombies!

My favorite game I bought so far, haven't played it n a while, but it's just like I remember even better!! Zombies is great as well as the Multiplayer mode

Great campaign. Great zombies. Multiplayer isn’t as good as Modern Warfare. Still a fun game.

The graphics on the next-gen version of CoD: Black Ops Cold War are absolutely amazing! 3D character models and environments are incredibly detailed! The Zombies mode is super fun as well!

Absolutely love Cold War! I play just the multiplayer mode, but this is a great one. I love how they have included some older maps but the new ones are great too.
