I bought this device to use as my own personal server for small projects. It was super easy to set up, I followed a YouTube tutorial and was surprised how easy it was.I can even just SSH into the pi instead of plugging it in to a keyboard and monitor every time, which is fantastic.

Everything you need (except monitor, keyboard and mouse) to get your PI 4 up and running in style. And...the PI 4 is a delight. I'm using mine to run two huge monitors and using the set-up for work. I use Thinlinx as the operating system to connect to a VM at work. It works perfectly. The CanaKit made it easy to set up.

This little computer is the greatest thing that's happened to computing in a good while. Since I got this setup and running, I've pretty much abandoned my Windows 10 HP laptop. Not only does this device boots fast and runs virtually silent but, here I'm learning Linux and Java programming which came free with my Pi. Anyway, just to mention that I became MCSE certified when I first got into computers but kinda lost interest over the years. This little Pi has renewed my interest; now I'm thinking to go for the Linux certification. Awesome product guys and ladies. Now anybody, any child or student can learn Information Technology because some great minds came together and put together the Raspberry Pi; a very good, capable, functional and affordable computer.

Really impressed with the speed and performance. Love the preloaded SD Card. Just remember that these are what most refer to as developement devices. Not everything works all the time because of the desparity in available OS's, software and drivers. That in itself is the design, fun and challenge of their existance. There are a multitude of user groups out there that can help and will help if needed. Just know ahead of time that there is a considerable amount of arrogance in the Linux world!

The set up and software installation were easy. Out of the box, it had the tools to teach coding, surf the internet, and to perform routine office tasks. I purchased this unit to operate a 40 watt cutting laser, with design software. Graphic and audio quality were surprisingly robust. It runs hot but will handle multiple monitors, usb devices, and cutting laser with a rotary attachment. I have ordered a second raspberry pi for my comuter go bag.

This is a fun kit. Everything snaps together and the Debian-based software has the LibreOffice suite. If you're familiar with Debian Ubuntu, it's easy to learn. You'll also need a keyboard/mouse and a monitor.

Great product and packs a punch for such a minimal PCB. Running Retropie on top of Raspian and it does really well with most legacy consoles. Great buy. I do recommend getting a higher capacity SD card (ie 500gb) if you want all your roms to reside on a single card. Also a good product to learn Linux on.

This SBC is a dream come true for a younger version of myself. It's impressive how much in packed onto such a small circuit board and for the price, its perfect for learning and testing without putting your actual system at risk. This is also perfect for kids to learn programming.

I purchased this kit to experiment with a Raspberry Pi. The Raspberry Pi is a small complete computer running Linux. This kit took about 10 minutes to assemble. It does not have a mouse or keyboard, so connected a wireless mouse and keyboard I had at home. I used the included HDMI cable to connect to a monitor. The computer took about 15 minutes to initially load Linux from the included smartcard. I connected it to my SmartTV and it connected at 3840x2160 resolution. The internet connection on it is 10 MBPS.
