    I am not a bladesmith or very knowledgeable about knives, but this knife seems very high quality and is much sharper and refined than my other knives. This makes cooking supper much nicer. A+

    This knife is everything I love how sharp it is also the weight of it is just perfect. Plus if you really want to make a statement at a home BBQ you pull out the casing and you just show off.

    Wu-Tang...Wu-Tang! This knife is sharper than the Genius' lyrics. Please be sure not to put it the sink with your other dishes & forget it's in there, you might cut yourself. Oh yeah deal of the day $25!

    Very nice and sharp, and we’ll balanced. Only con is the knife will stain if used in dishwasher or if it is not dried immediately after washing. Not a deal breaker by any means. I would buy it again.

    Looks and feels very high quality. This knife has a very nice balance to it that you can use it for an extended time and have no worries of muscle fatigue. Very, very sharp!

    Truly a excellent very sharp knife useable on anyfood products Am impressed may never need to be sharpened. However is supper sharp, recommended use iron clad gloves.

    This knife is great it’s super sharp and durable. The only flaw I can think of is the handle, it could be more comfortable. That said it’s still a great knife

    Very very sharp, so be careful. If you have little ones keep them away from this knife. I have cut myself 2 times so far…ouch.
