Really good camera for someone looking for a good quality camera, but not extremely expensive. I bought it because I want capabilities similar to DSLRs but with a smaller body/more compact. Decent lens, easy to use, good for beginners. It has a great video capability for those who need it. I just needed it to photograph my artwork. Only downside really is the autofocus isn't the best and you need to buy a $200 adapter if you want to use a larger lens to zoom in. Also the restocking fee can be pricey so do research before purchasing. The photos I attached are ones I took of my pets and painting with this camera.

Love this camera. Was worried I wouldn’t be able to work it but its simple design makes it easy. Lots of features! Comfortable and lightweight. First pictures I ever took are attached before even knowing what I was doing for an example of quality right out the box.

I recently got my hands on the Canon EOS M50 Mark II, and I must say it's a game-changer for both beginners and enthusiasts alike. Packed with impressive features and a compact design, this mirrorless camera exceeded all my expectations. Here's why I believe it deserves a glowing review. First and foremost, the image quality produced by the EOS M50 Mark II is simply outstanding. With a 24.1-megapixel APS-C sensor, the camera delivers sharp, vibrant, and highly detailed photos. Whether you're capturing landscapes, portraits, or street scenes, the camera consistently performs admirably in various lighting conditions. The autofocus system is another standout feature. The Dual Pixel CMOS AF system provides fast and accurate autofocus, enabling you to effortlessly capture sharp images of moving subjects. Additionally, the Eye Detection AF feature is remarkably impressive, ensuring that your portraits are always in focus with precise eye detail. Vloggers and content creators will appreciate the EOS M50 Mark II's exceptional video capabilities. It offers 4K UHD recording at 24p and Full HD at 60p, allowing for incredibly detailed footage. The addition of a clean HDMI output is a significant advantage for those who wish to take their video production to the next level. One of the features that truly sets the EOS M50 Mark II apart is its intuitive and user-friendly interface. The vari-angle touchscreen LCD makes it easy to navigate menus, adjust settings, and compose shots from various angles. It's a perfect tool for vlogging or taking selfies, as you can flip the screen to face you. Connectivity options are plentiful with built-in Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and NFC, making it seamless to transfer images and videos to your smartphone or tablet for quick sharing on social media. The Canon Camera Connect app simplifies the process, allowing you to remotely control the camera from your mobile device. Battery life is impressive, lasting for a full day of shooting without any issues. The camera also features a convenient USB charging option, which is incredibly convenient when you're on the go and don't have access to an outlet.

Have been using for over a year now, and it's been very easy to use and learn! Bought as an entry-level camera after taking a photography class in high-school, haven't regretted it since! Only downside is the price being up there, but not bad for a camera of this size and quality! I recommend purchasing the EF-M 22mm Lens if you have the spare funds!

This is a great camera period. It comes with a kit lens 15 to 45. If you are taking any pictures out of side of 25 feet you will need a bigger lens. I have two different other lenses for this camera. My pride a joy for anything longer than 25 feet is my 200mm lens ef-m lens. I also have a ef-m 22mm lens. I need all three lenses to get the best picture. But the telephoto 200mm lens makes this camera dang near professional. I take just a good as pictures as anyone I know of. I went to youtube and many professionals carry this mark II camera along with the 200mm lens just so they can get long range photos quickly. No it want get as sharp as those 8,000 dollar lens. But if you want to get near the best quality for 300 dollar lens. This set up is it. Best money I ever spent. I attached 6 photos i took with the telephoto lens. Go youtube some videos. I took these in Scn mode cause of sports. But i know manual works a lot better if you can get all the configurations down.

Great starter camera! Coming here to write my review 2 years after I purchased this. You might see new trends of cameras like the Gx7 and what not. However this does not break the bank. Simple and easy to use (recommend to watch a video or two on YouTube). If you’re looking to get into photography this is a great start!

The quality of these pictures are amazing. You can literally see your pores. Hands down a great camera. You can download pictures through the camera itself and not needing to use cables. Purchase extra batteries (fyi) it does take a while to charge the battery through the OEM rechargeable battery.

I am a beginner and amateur photographer. I am coming from a cannon rebel t7 to this camera. Hands down the best feeling and user friendly camera I’ve put my hands on. Out of the box it absolutely blows away the quality of my T7 even with kit lenses. I love the smaller factor of the camera and the screen. I have no intentions for using it for vlogging so the 4k video cropping isn’t a issue for me. If you’re using this just for photography then this is a beast!

This camera is amazing. It’s a little bit bigger than a digital camera, but I still throw it in my purse and take it to events. It captures images beautifully. You do not have to be an expert to use it - I just rotate through the different settings and let it do its thing.

This is the best entry level camera, once you take the pictures and apply your editing skills, the photos can come out professional and high quality ( The pictures are screenshots due to high size of the original)

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my 17 yr old son to start a blog @MasonLawsonvlogs . He is an athlete so wanted to be able to take pictures and videos of his matches and workouts. He loves this camera. He easily taught himself how to use it. This was a great buy as a first camera for my son that I know he will be using for many many years to come. He will eventually buying otheraccessories to go with it such as lenses.

After comparing to other name brand cameras, I decided to purchase the Cannon EOS M50 Mark II camera and am completely amazed with the camera! This is my first "real" camera and I am still getting use to all the features and how to take nice photos. Not a professional photographer by any means just a average person who wanted a quality camera. I decided on the Mark II because it has amazing screen resolution, smart sensor that auto focus on your eyes, it's bluetooth capable for easy transfer and access to the photos. 24 megapixels captures all the fine details. Was able to take some amazing portrait shots. It touch screen capabilities and the screen also flips so you can see yourself while recording. So far 10/10. If you are considering purchasing this camera, you will not be disappointed!
