Purchased this camera during black Friday for very good price 399. The best buy clerk recommended canon for beginners for easy interface. The interface is very easy to learn and is helpful when learning how to set up shots. Picture quality is amazing, photos are clear and sharp. It has 9 focus points which where easy to get use to and help when setting a shot. I feel low light picture quality isn't significantly amazing but very good for a low price DSLR. If your moving up from a point and shoot (or basically from using your iphone as I did) this is a great buy especially for the price and photo quality.

Very easy and fun to use light weight and compact camera

I like the zoom capability, especially the wider angle. Although for the most part it is fairly easy to use every so often I stumble on something that makes me go back to the manual. This is more the fault of the user than the camera. It will be a while before I can take full advantage of what this camera offers. I really appreciate the camera came with a printed user guide so I don't have to go to the internet when I need a tutorial.

I took photography for 3 years in high school and have been to countless competitions and this camera is a great fit for anyone with a passion for photos! Granted it doesn't offer some crazy features that make it stand out, but overall a great camera that gets the job done and works perfect for numerous genres in Photography. I photograph landscapes, portraits, macro, painting with light, and even night photography with this camera.

This is a great camera for taking trips and everyday use. I have not had any problems with it and I use my camera almost every day.

This camera takes high quality photos. I love taking pictures of my children and have used several other brands of cameras. This one beats all of the others I've owned. It is a little bit more expensive than the others (but not as expensive as some others out there) but overall it is definitely worth it in that I capture each moment beautifully. The pictures are clear and crisp. I'm very happy with this camera.

This is my 3rd Canon to own in the past 10 years. I take photos for fun, I'm not a professional and don't plan to be. This camera is the newer model. We take photos at weddings and share them with our family and friend. This camera is Great, it has everything I need in a SLR Camera and a lot more. Great buy for your money. The only reason I had to get another camera is we wore it out.
